I highly advocate PanCar Rental. Their cars are fantastic. They offer immense flexibility with respect to Pickup and Drop-off options. Their rates are competitive. They have a very personable, courteous and helpful staff. They are a pleasure to work with. I will always consider using them on my future trips. I wouldn't even bother with companies such as Hertz, AVIS etc.

We hired via hotel apartment recommendation (Corinna Mare) and were not disappointed. Very straightforward forward, clean and reliable - a small hybrid with great fuel economy. Whilst using our phone for satnav, we were given a map and had a great recommendation for dinner along our route home. Dropped off at the hotel, cash paid and without the fuss of Card Reservation or Damage Deposits. Parked up in the hotel, keys left at reception, the car departed even smoother than it arrived.

Amazing staff and service. Very simple process, not pressure sales, the Honda jazz hybrid was comfortable and used little to no fuel and we did a good few trips. Cheaper than taxis at EUR10 min each way to places. 4 days for EUR225 was great. Ask for Polina when you book at Agia Marina. We will use again. Thank you again for being awesome

We hired a car whilst in crete, the service was exceptional, the guy who sorted the car was friendly and very helpful telling us which places to visit on the island. Everyone working in this company is super kind! We didn't have any problems but remember to keep your agreement with you no matter where you go. Moreover we paid additionally for bigger car to go to Balos and it was great fun, we came late to the rental office and there were no problems with anything during the process of exchanging the cars. Highly recommend this rental car!

Great rental. We rented a Fiat Panda car for a week for 6 days and for the last 7 days we got a car especially for Balos for an additional fee of 35. Everything was taken care of before arrival and there were no problems on site. The car was dropped off and picked up near the hotel, but to exchange cars we had to drive very close. It was then obvious that they had a lot of customers because they either gave away their cars or lent them, there was constant traffic. Car rental is 29 per day + an additional fee of 35 on the last day for a car in Balos. I highly recommend it

I booked this online 2 months before our holiday after reading reviews and with it being very local to where we were staying. When we arrived to pick the car up we were greeted by a nice lady who was very welcoming and told us plenty of information of places to go, payment and the process was very smooth. We got given a fiat 500 which was fine, we went to elfonisi Beach and Falassarna Beach to watch the sunset we loved exploring Crete what a lovely island we will be back here again next September and I will be definitely hiring another car from Pancar but for 2 days this time would highly recommend.

We have pre-reserved a car from home and can recommend Pan Car without hesitation. No credit card required, no deposit, very friendly and open staff. We were allowed to drive to Balos with the 4x4 Suzuki Jimny, a dream. A reduction in the insurance deductible was also possible for a small surcharge. All in all, a reputable and trustworthy car rental company.

Family run business , longer than all other small car rentals in the area,has exceptional customer care . We rented the car for 6 days first and swapped it to 4x4 for one day to go to the balos beach . Very impressed with their service as it runs by genuine people . This is the first car rental palace which looked less greedy and more focus on customer needs . Highly recommended ! Will use them again !
