Pick up right at the hotel, great new car that was clean and fun to drive. Decent price for a lovely vehicle, I'd use them again.
On line reservation for 3 days. . No issues with pickup. Traveled the Algarve area, no issues upon return. Will repeat.
Worst customer service ever. Least professional service ever. The lady was rude even though she was wrong. We booked a car from 8am and after arriving at pick up location the lady advised us that the car wasn't available. She said she saw the booking the same morning and decided to postpone until 11am because "it was a last minute booking" without even notifying us. Would give 0 stars if it was an option
Unfortunately I did not ask your name (lady with tree necklace), but thank you very much for your helpfulness. Where my own roadside assistance failed us, you helped us excellently. the annoying behavior and misunderstanding of the Dutch roadside assistance that forced you to talk on the telephone. YOU stood by to help us. I am really very grateful to you, what you have done for us means a lot (Peugot 308);)
Europcar services was great. All transactions smooth, from handover to drive to delivery back,,, great experience and thanks to the staff for being proactive !
Unpleasant lady at the front desk who didn't seem to want to rent a car from the first moment we inquired with her. Not forthcoming with information about the cars, timings and availability. Much to be desired in terms of customer service.
Very quick pickup, the ladies on the check out counter were very pleasant to deal with. We had one problem with opening the petrol cap and when we returned to the office the gentleman showed us how to open and close it very quickly. We didn't have to wait at all to pick up the car, it was waiting and was very clean inside and out. The lady at checkout marked all the dents etc on a sheet which we got a copy of. We prefer the method where you return the car full of fuel, this is by far the best way. Altogether a quick pick up and drop off service.
Fairly standard Europcar office. Understaffed when I went in with only one front of house rep doing paperwork and showing people to cars meaning I had to wait 45 minutes. Not very friendly or helpful on either pickup or drop off, although they do get an extra star for finding a small scratch on return that I hadn't noticed, but on checking their computer admitted was already there before I picked it up.
