Pick up process good, didn't push for full coverage insurance other than asking once. Walked round the car with us to mark out any defects/scratches/dents and told us basics about the car. Provided us with emergency numbers too. Drop off process also good. Walked round the car with us for final checks so no unexpected surpruses. Cancelled the deposit hold immediately. Would use again.

We just returned the car after 1 week of rental. The staff is really very nice, picking up and dropping off the car was quick and easy. On top of that, the agency upgraded us with a Fiat 500 convertible with 400km on the clock. We are delighted to have rented from Visacar and will definitely use them again. Nothing to worry about if you take care of the car and make it washed and vacuumed. Thank you and see you soon!
