Atendimento simpatico, processo de recolha de viatura do seguro correu normalmente, como bonus tive uma viatura nova a estrear. A parte mais complicada sao as seguradoras que nunca explicam todo o processo.

Nunca na minha vida tinha sido roubado assim! Ontem fui buscar um carro e alertei que o deposito esta 2/3 foi me dito por um funcionario brasileiro Murilo que aqueles carros eram mesmo assim e que estava cheio. Hoje quando fui entregar meti 40 EUR e marcava o deposito cheio. Ainda por cima fui ameacado so me restou o livro de reclamacoes e queixa tambem na empresa. Tudo brasileiro la a trabalhar e todos feitos uma vergonha e um esquema de roubo!!!!!

Today when I went to deliver I put EUR40 and marked the deposit full. On top of that, I was threatened and all I had left was the complaints book and complaints to the company. Pessimo servico. Ao telefone dizem um valor e no dia do aluguer aumentam mais de 50%, alegando que a central nao sabe os precos. Para nao falar que o deposito do carro vinha a 3/4 e no dia de entrega do carro queriam cobrar um deposito cheio. NAO RECOMENDO.
Bad service. On the phone they say a price and on the day of rental they increase it by more than 50%, claiming that the center does not know the prices. Not to mention that the deposit for the car was 3/4 full and on the day the car was delivered they wanted to charge a full deposit. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
No fim de Maio decidi alugar hma carrinha de 9 lugares para o final do mes de Agosto, desloquei me a este local e me disseram que teria de la ir apenas mais proximo da data. A meio de Julho regressei ao local e me foi dito novamente que nao seria possivel fazer reserva porque teria de ser feita pelo menos "2/3 semanas antes". Hoje desloquei me novamente ao local para finalmente fazer a reserva e para meu espanto nao tem carros disponiveis. A questao que faco e, porque nao me deixaram fazer o aluguer do carro nas primeiras vezes que la fui, sendo que na altura havia disponibilidade. Pessima politica.

Pessimo servico e ainda roubam dinheiro! No dia 23 fui mais o meu companheiro buscar um carro que a nossa seguradora mandou visto que o nosso estava a arranjar, entretanto assim que chegamos ficamos a saber que tinhamos de dar uma caucao de 100EUR ou entao ficariamos sem carro ate o nosso vir, entao eu dei a caucao. No dia fomos devolver o carro sem saber de quais queres horarios obrigatorios, eu e meu companheiro chegamos la as 12:30, ja estava fechado para hora de almoco, entao fomos a casa almocar, fazer tempo e la estavamos nos as 14h, para nosso espanto, para alem disso da caucao, ainda tivemos que pagar 35EUR porque disseram que ja estava na diaria, que tinha passado a hora, eu disse que tivemos la as 12:30, e nisto a senhora inventou que a essa hora ainda la estava quando nao estava. Entretanto o meu companheiro disse que tinhamos enchido um pouco mais o deposito de gasoleo se nao poderia ate abrir uma brecha para evitar mais transtorno, o senhor ainda foi mal educado e disse "se voce colocou problema seu, nos nao ligamos a isso, nem valorizamos tal coisa". Saimos de la possuidos, entretanto hoje dia 2/junho, vou a verificar, a caucao ainda nao foi reavida. Entao, esta empresa para alem da ma educacao dos colaboradores, de ter ficado com mais gasoleo, de mais 35EUR de diaria quando tivemos la realmente aquela hora, ainda tem os meus 100EUR...so digo...CUIDADO e nao recomendo!! Agora o resto e com a policia!!
Terrible service and they even steal money! On the 23rd, my partner and I went to pick up a car that our insurance company sent as ours was being repaired, however as soon as we arrived we found out that we had to give a deposit of EUR100 or else we would be left without a car until ours arrived, So I gave the deposit. On the day we went to return the car without knowing what the mandatory times were, my partner and I got there at 12:30 pm, it was already closed for lunch, so we went home to have lunch, make time and there we were at 2 pm, for our Astonishment, in addition to the deposit, we still had to pay EUR35 because they said it was already in the daily rate, that the hour had passed, I said we got there at 12:30, and in this the lady invented that at that time It was still there when it wasn't. However, my companion said that we had filled the diesel tank a little more and we couldn't even open a gap to avoid further inconvenience, the man was still rude and said "if you raised your problem, we don't care about it, nor do we value it such a thing." We left there possessed, however today, June 2nd, I'm going to check, the deposit has not yet been recovered. Quero informar e alertar todos os que querem se dirigir a dada empresa da situacao que ocorreu comigo: Quando me foi dado um carro, o funcionario propos-me que fizesse um seguro contra riscos e etc do carro em questao. Eu recusei pois so precisava do carro para 2 dias so. Logo de seguida fui avisada que caso acontecesse algo, terei de assumir a responsabilidade e pagar uma franquia de 2000EUR. Por isso sempre! antes de assinar o papel devem apontar no papel todos os riscos que carro ja tem!!!! E fazer uma foto para sua seguranca. Ja em casa, estacionei o carro onde normalmente estaciono o meu. Na madrugada seguinte deparo-me com um risco que foi feito provavelmente com uma chave ou algo do genero! Risco esse que foi feito Propositadamente visto que se encontrava do lado oposto da zona acessivel, ou seja, alguem se deu ao trabalho de contornar o carro e pisar em terreno e arbustos para o fazer. Resumindo, eu tenho a certeza que o risco foi feito pela mesma empresa seguradora a fim de me multarem!! Este esquema ja e conhecido!! Nao aconselho a ninguem esta seguradora! Tenham cuidado e sejam atentos para nao cairem na mesma situacao de burla!!
