Mauvais service, la location d'une 4 portes a essence dans leur systeme est l'equivalent d'une 2 portes (Fiat 500) electrique manuelle. Mauvais service, fausse representation. On restera avec les compagnies connues. Nous avons du nous battre pendant 1 heure pour avoir une autre voiture qui finalement est 4 portes mais manuelle.
We will never again book a car with Drivalia. NEVER. Bad service, renting a 4-door gasoline engine in their system is the equivalent of a 2-door electric manual (Fiat 500). Bad service, misrepresentation. We will stay with the known companies. We had to fight for 1 hour to get another car which ended up being 4 doors but manual.
I rented a car from Drivalia for a simple short trip to Braga and back, in one day. Big mistake. Guess how much was a surcharge for extra mileage? Almost 90 euro. Enough for 2 - 3 days of rental at some rival agency. Beware: their cars come with a ridiculous daily limit of 250 km. If you only need to go to Costa and back, you can give Drivalia a try.

I had a fantastic experience and wholeheartedly recommend this company for car rental services. My wife and I utilized their services twice, and both occasions were flawless. A special acknowledgment goes to Fabiana Teixeira, who delivered top-notch customer service and supported us throughout the rental process. Her assistance was invaluable, and we truly appreciate the time and care she provided. Cars in possession are also amazing, everything clean and looks like brand new.

I received great service at both the origination and rental return. Pleasant and polite. But my car, a Skoda as that was all they had, was neither comfortable or cheap to rent-and it should be one of those. But it was in good shape add they were very anal about noting every little mark or scratch, much more than we are used to when renting in the U.S.
