Servico rapido e eficiente Necessitei de viatura de substituicao do seguro e no dia a seguir ja estava tudo preparado para arrancar com a viatura Houve necessidade de deslocar-me novamente a sixt com essa viatura devido a um pequeno problema, que foi solucionado em 10 minutos

Nice cars & good customer service. It's better to go here rather than the airport car rental places, if you can. Leandro was especially helpful matching us with a suitable car & the pickup / drop-off.

DO NOT RENT A CAR FROM SIXT This place is horrible! As someone who has posted reviews with over 1.5 million views, this is seriously one THE worst Google maps location I've reviewed! Our car got into an accident, and after having the fire brigade, ambulance, and police getting called to the highway, we had to call SIXT for a tow truck and a taxi. (Mind you, we had full insurance!!) When I called the SIXT emergency line, I was put on hold for 10 minutes, after getting to talk with someone. We requested a taxi on the highway (mind you, it was around 35 degrees), and the call operator told us to wait for an hour for a taxi. It had already been 3 hours since the accident, because it took that long to get the highway cleared up, and to get the motorist to the hospital via ambulance. We were still fine with waiting for an hour for the taxi, however after waiting for 1 hour, we called the emergency line AGAIN, and we were told that the taxi will arrive in 30 minutes!!! We finally got to our hotel, around 6 hours after the accident occured, and after calling SIXT, they're constantly making up some drama that there is some damage that they can't pay for. WE HAD FULL INSURANCE!!! This service was absolutely disgusting, and I usually dont call out people by their names, but I feel it is important to do so. Nicole, was our emergency operator, and she was very rude, and constantly lied about the taxi's ETA. She was incredibly unhelpful to our situation too. I hope something gets done about this situation, or one of your employees, this has been such a pain. I hope something gets made of this review, if not I will be filing a complaint via SIXT to make sure such an event doesn't occur to any other person.

I SHOULD HAVE GIVEN -5 TO SIXT. WORST CAR RENTAL COMPANY There should be some negative stars as well. 1 star for Sixt is very high. Their British accent staff is very rude. Their Portuguese staff is clueless. Talk to them 10 times and you will get to know 10 different stories. In emergencies they expect you to wait for 2 hours on highway for a taxi. You want to pick the car at 12.30pm- they will give at 12.30- not 12.29pm. You want substitute car at the same place from where you picked the first vehicle- you can't do that- they want you to go all the way to the airport. Documentation- it's a real struggle for them- 10 people will ask 10 different documents if you manage to understand what do they want. SIXT MUST NOT BE IN CAR RENTAL....THEY SHOULD TRY IN GROCERY. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. 3RD CLASS SERVICE
