Wow! Everything about our Roadsurfer experience was excellent. The check in and check out procedures were smooth and effortless. The staff at the Lisbon facility were helpful, efficient and friendly. The van itself was so good! We cruised the Algarve region for a week and it was perfect. The van came with everything we needed. The pop up design was clever and allowed for standing space inside the van. We will definitely be re-hiring when back in Europe!

The car was okay however the customer service was really bad. No phone number to get in touch with them even after renting the car, the attitude of the German blonde girl that welcomed us in Lisbon was terrible, not really a great and nice start of the trip. Not really recommended.

Not only the van company is excellent and the vans are awesome... buy if you have any kind of problem Rafael and joao will solve it. I am deeply disappointed with the condition of the Roadsurfer van I received in Lisbon on 31/8 for a 7-day rally to Porto. The van is in an incredibly poor state, with over 20 visible damages to the exterior and several issues inside. Broken blinds, drawers, and lights, along with moldy, dirty compartments, dingy, musty upholstery, and seats reeking of sweat, not to mention a mattress that no one should have to sleep on. Maintaining hygiene is crucial for a vacation, and this experience is nothing short of distressing. It's disheartening that such a beautiful trip could be marred by the van's deplorable condition.

We had such a great experience. The California was really as new and very well equipped. The experience starts upon arrival in a nicely decorated and comfortable place, very friendly staff overall, especially the German girl on return (sorry I didn't get your name).

We had an incredible experience renting a campervan in Lisbon. Right from the start, we were treated with respect and courtesy by the rental staff. They patiently explained everything to us before we set off on our adventure. The instructions provided on the Roadsurfer website were extremely helpful and made it easy for us to understand the features of the campervan. It was a breeze to get acquainted with all the functionalities. The campervan itself performed exceptionally well throughout our trip. It was comfortable, well-maintained, and fully equipped, providing us with a smooth and enjoyable travel experience. When it was time to return the campervan, we were pleased to see that it was still in great condition. The rental process was hassle-free, and our security deposit was promptly refunded within a few days. Overall, we can't recommend this campervan rental service enough. The friendly and efficient service, along with the high-quality vehicle, made our trip to Lisbon even more memorable. We would definitely rent from them again in the future. From my experience, I would 100% suggest Roadsurfer Van to everyone! Friendly and professional, they gave us a van in perfect condition with shower and kitchen's furniture and tools included. Moreover the upper tent bed is the most beautiful place to wake-up! Everything was explained clearly either by the stuff or online guide, to keep with you on the way. The van was very easy to drive and allowed us to enjoy the rural Portugal!
