Fui super bem atendido, deram me uma carrinha fiat tipo, estava muito bem cuidada e com deposito a meio. Os valores sao um bocado altos mas justificavel.
I was very well looked after, they gave me a Fiat type van, it was very well looked after and with a half deposit. The prices are a bit high but justifiable.
A eviter!!!!!!! (Pour l'agence pres de l'aeroport de Lisbonne) Organisation zero. Arrives a 19h a l'aeroport, personne pour nous attendre a l'aeroport, pas de place avant 20h30, dans la seule navette 8places de l'agence qui fait des aller/retour, car trop de monde a prendre en meme temps. Du coup on nous a fait payer une taxe << hors horaire >> car pris en charge apres 20h (heure de fermeture normal de l'agence de location). On a eu notre voiture a 22h, on a attendu 3h avec nos 2enfants et en plus on a du payer une taxe. Personnel qui ne s'excuse meme pas. Du grand n'importe quoi. (On etait une bonne dizaine de famille a se faire arnaquer avec une taxe hors horaire alors qu'on attendait tous la navette avant 19h15.) Bref a eviter absolument
Avoid!!!!!!! (For the agency near Lisbon airport) Zero organization. Arrived at 7 p.m. at the airport, no one to wait for us at the airport, no place before 8:30 p.m., in the agency's only 8-seater shuttle which goes back and forth, because there were too many people to take at the same time. As a result, we were made to pay an "out of hours" tax because we were picked up after 8 p.m. (normal closing time of the rental agency). We got our car at 10 p.m., we waited 3 hours with our 2 children and on top of that we had to pay a tax. Staff who don't even apologize. Total rubbish. (There were about ten families of us who were scammed with an out-of-time tax while we were all waiting for the shuttle before 7:15 p.m.) In short, absolutely avoid
