Mostly, I rent a car from this company. They have many good cars, but you need to reserve beforehand. The personnel is professional and helpful.
Worst rent a car, they billed in advance many times and take a long time to reimburse the money. Bad information about the agency to renovate the contract (Albufeira) that has not existed anymore since 6 months.
Rented a car for 3.5 months spending roughly EUR3000. Service was fine cars and were good. Upon return though I was charged EUR60 to clean the car even though there was no guidance that the car needed to be returned clean. It had some sand in it because we went to the beach a few times -- just on the floors. The agent told me to get it cleaned nearby. I tried 3 places. They were either closed or an hour wait. I returned having wasted 30 minutes driving around and paid the additional EUR60. Not a great way to end what was otherwise a totally fine experience. Avoid if you can.
I had a wonderful experience at this location. Check in was quick and painless. I am an American and the only cars available were manual transmissions (which I have not driven in years!). Emilio at the counter was so wonderful and helped to give me a refresher test drive and helped me figure out the Biting/Friction point. There was a long parking lot (even an old warehouse and tiny road) to practice in peace and quiet.
Good service. The Lisbon Depot is hard to find. Even the Taxi driver got lost!

Absolutely fantastic - Joao (the employee) was so helpful to both my fiancee and I when we arrived to pick-up our car. He also gave us a free promotion and GPS at no extra cost. Joao made us feel very comfortable when explaining all of the procedures to us on how the rental worked. He also spoke in complete English. We would book through both him and Guerin in a heart beat (the other employees were also very polite and kind). Thanks so much, Joao and Guerin for making our vacation so worry-free!
