Revisao impecavel, tendo acesso a um video da parte mecanica inspecionada. Com a lavagem, o carro ficou novo. Tive um carro de substituicao eletrico, que foi interessante conduzir, com a vantagem de nao ter que abastecer.

Tive um furo e ao querer mudar de pneu, percebi que a chave de seguranca tinha desaparecido do meu porta bagagem. E um carro novo que so foi 2 x a oficina para a revisao anual. Ao reparar que nao tinha a chave liguei imediatamente para a Stellantis onde comprei o carro a explicar o sucedido e infelizmente a resposta que obtive por duas vezes e que nao tinham nada a ver com isso. Fiquei bastante chateada, liguei tambem para o vendedor que me vendeu o carro que tambem nao me atendeu nem respondeu as mensagens. Liguei para o reboque e dirigi-me a Stellantis Alfragide. Uma vez la, fui atendida com todo o profissionalismo por toda a equipa desde a recepcao ate ao chefe da oficina. Este assunto poderia ter sido resolvido logo por telefone quando liguei a pedir ajuda a Stellantis e nao a tive. Foi preciso eu chegar pessoalmente com o reboque e o carro, para ser atendida com todo o profissionalismo que um cliente necessita e merece.
I had a puncture and when I wanted to change tires, I realized that the safety key had disappeared from my luggage compartment. It is a new car that has only been to the workshop twice for the annual inspection. When I noticed that I didn't have the key, I immediately called Stellantis where I bought the car to explain what had happened and unfortunately the answer I got twice was that they had nothing to do with it. I was quite upset, I also called the salesman who sold me the car who also didn't answer me or respond to my messages. I called the tow truck and went to Stellantis Alfragide. Once there, I was treated professionally by the entire team, from reception to the head of the workshop. This matter could have been resolved immediately over the phone when I called Stellantis for help and was not given any help. I had to arrive personally with the trailer and car, to be served with all the professionalism that a customer needs and deserves.
Imcompetence at its highest level, still waiting for a service appointement after 1 year and a half, no one speaks English, they never solve a problem concerning the car after 3 visits (waisted 9 months)... had ot go via the swiss importer to get it done...
Infelizmente nao consigo dar uma boa pontuacao pelo servico prestado. Nao recomendo esta entidade a ninguem Apos efetuar marcacao de uma reparacao ficaram de me avisar quando teriam as pecas para a mesma. Passado umas semanas ligaram a avisar que poderia deixar o carro a reparar. Infelizmente depois disso houve uma enorme falha de comunicacao e atrasos apos atrasos. Depois de um silencio absoluto apos a entrega de semanas liguei diversas vezes a perguntar um ponto de situacao sendo que prometeram vez apos vez que me ligariam a dizer, sendo que nunca ligaram. Apos multiplas tentativas (e as semanas a transformar em meses), e eu sem viatura com impactos pessoais e financeiros, apenas com muita insistencia me informaram que afinal nao tinham as pecas todas (incrivel!). Demonstrei o meu enorme desagrado pela situacao nao me sendo disponibilizado nada alem de que um "nao sabemos quando temos a viatura pronta" Uma semana depois ligaram a dizer que a viatura estava pronta. Fui depois recebido, com completa indiferenca perante a atitude inaceitavel. Levantei a viatura e paguei por completo. Ninguem sequer pediu desculpa, muito mais compensar pelo enorme prejuizo causado. Ja me ligaram a perguntar a opiniao mas quando comecei a explicar porque nao gostava nem quiseram ouvir ate ao fim, nem saber dos fatos. Foi com total indiferenca que receberam a minha opiniao. Apenas deixo aqui a opiniao porque me recomendaram a avaliar neste link. DESACONSELHO a TODOS usarem este servico.
Unfortunately I cannot give a good rating for the service provided. I do not recommend this entity to anyone After scheduling a repair, they let me know when they would have the parts for it. After a few weeks they called to say that I could leave the car for repairs. Unfortunately after that there was a huge miscommunication and delay after delay. After an absolute silence after weeks of delivery, I called several times to ask about the status and they promised time after time that they would call me and tell me, but they never called. After multiple attempts (and weeks turning into months), and me without a vehicle with personal and financial impacts, only with much insistence they informed me that they didn't have all the parts after all (incredible!). I demonstrated my enormous displeasure with the situation by not being provided with anything other than "we don't know when we will have the vehicle ready" A week later they called to say that the vehicle was ready. I was then received, with complete indifference towards the unacceptable attitude. I collected the vehicle and paid in full. No one even apologized, let alone compensate for the enormous damage caused. They've already called me to ask my opinion, but when I started to explain why I didn't like it, they didn't even want to listen to the end or know the facts. It was with total indifference that they received my opinion. I just leave my opinion here because I was recommended to evaluate it on this link. I ADVISE EVERYONE to use this service.
