Hired a car from AutoRocha last week in Porches area. Completely fuss free experience. A quick phone call to Ruis in the office the afternoon before and car was dropped to the hotel the following morning by Carlos - both polite and professional. Simple contract process with all insurance covered in the price, no upselling of additional insurance etc. Car was great, nearly new Hyundai i20, aircon, manual 5 door, clean and in good condition. Not the most powerful but perfect for our needs! Will only use AutoRocha for any future car hire needs in this part of Portugal. Great business that puts the bigger players to shame!

I hire from AutoRocha a few times each year. Much better service than the usual big hire brands. No fuss or hidden extra upsells or charges, cars always very new and clean. Always have availability at short notice and happy to collect and deliver from any local hotel, simply leave my key with the hotel reception when I'm done with the car, no inspections necessary as it's all included.

This is the best Car Rental I've ever used. Rang them and car turned up at hotel in 2 hours. Car was brand new. No hidden charges full cover on insurance. 50 pounds is held for tolls and was refunded minus toll charges within a week of handing the car in. The price is unbelievable cheap. I really recommend this car company don't bother with any other car rental.. Thanks for a brilliant service...

Rent a car with them went very well. Very responsive.Sent an email to book a car. Someone was waiting for us in Faro parking P4 with the car. signed the paper on the spot , paid for the week, gave an extra 50 euro for the highway if you use less than 50 euros they pay you back the difference ( take about a week ). Dropped the car at the same parking. Really had a good experience. My brother also rent with them same thing he was happy.

Very good car rental,get the full insurance cover, there are no hidden fees. Only thing we weren't aware of until we collected the car is EUR50 taken for the toll transponder and admin charge. I think this is something that they have had to introduce via government legislation. But if they could advice this better on the website it wouldn't have been a surprise. Other than that easy hand over back, no stress. They don't cover tyre and wheel damage so be aware of that, everything else included such as key loss is covered. Good prices too. Great company would use again

The car rental works completely without any problems. I spent my vacation nearby from August 4th to August 14th, 2024. For just 80 EUR you can get either a FIAT Panda or a VW Up as a rental car. The car does not have to be returned on the same day, you can keep it until 8:00 a.m. the next day. The cars are very new (only 35,000km) and very well maintained. I would always rent a car there again.

Die Autovermietung funktioniert komplett problemlos. Ich habe vom 04.08 bis 14.08.2024 in der Nahe meinen Urlaub verbracht. Fur bereits 80 EUR bekommt man entweder einen FIAT Panda oder einen VW Up als Mietauto. Das Auto muss nicht am selben Tag zuruckgegeben werden, sondern man kann es bis am nachsten Tag um 08:00 behalten. Die Autos sind sehr neuwertig (erst 35.000km) und sehr gepflegt. Top of the line car rental company! Everything is simple with them! Insurance is included in the rental price, you pay as you want (cash / credit card or debit card)! Mileage is unlimited! We had a Peugeot 108 with 30,000 km in perfect condition for 12 days! Its also easy to collect the car from parking lot P4 at Faro airport and to return it, the staff are lovely! I recommend Autorocha! Frankly, there is no comparison with all the other companies I had gone through before!

The car was ready at P4 at Faro airport. 3 minutes walk from arrivals hall. So dont take a van to another location. Employee was also waiting, because he knew the flight number. So do not report to the reporting point at P4. The employee came to us because we were searching. He told us that the car was in the parking lot and walked over to it. Neat car and cleaned. Friendly explanation about the car and the paperwork to be completed. I took pictures of the (minor) damage to the car, but the employee told me that this is not necessary, because I had full service, and was therefore fully insured, except for keys and tires. The box where the damage is noted on the form was clearly crossed out. No hassle about extra insurance and indicating where a spot with damage is. The car has a toll pass for the motorways with tolls. 50.00 deposit for this. Any remaining amount will be refunded, any excess used will be debited from your credit card. Make payment with payment terminal. All in all, very quickly arranged and on the road quickly. At the end of the rental period, simply return the car to P4. And done! No hassle about a scratch or pit. Renting a car in such a relaxed way has never happened to me before. So if you fly to Faro, rent a car from Autorocha. What friendly people and excellent service!

Dus ook niet melden bij het meldpunt op P4. De medewerker kwam op ons af omdat we zoekende waren. Hij vertelde ons dat de auto op het parkeer terrein stond, en liep er naar. Keurige auto, en schoon gemaakt. Vriendelijke uitleg over de auto, en de in te vullen papieren. Ik maakte fotos van de (kleine) beschadigingen op de auto, maar medewerker vertelde mij dat dit niet nodig is, omdat ik de full service had, en dus volledig verzekerd was, behalve sleutels en banden. Het blokje waar de schades op het formulier worden aangetekend werd duidelijk door gekruist. Geen gedoe over extra verzekeringen en aangeven waar een plekje met schade zit. Auto heeft een tolpas voor de autowegen meet tol. Hiervoor 50,00 borg. Wat over is wordt terug gestort, teveel gebruikt, wordt van je creditcard afgeschreven. Betaling verrichten met betaalautomaat. Al met al zeer snel geregeld, en vlot op pad. Na einde huur periode, auto gewoon weer terug zetten op P4. En klaar! Geen gedoe over een krasje of pitje. Zo relax een auto huren, is mij niet eerder overkomen. Dus als je naar Faro vliegt, huur een auto bij Autorocha. Wat een vriendelijke mensen en prima service!
