Se eu pudesse dar 0 estrela daria, infelizmente vir alugar um veiculo por intermedio da minha seguradora, este veiculo veio ser batido, fui cobrada 100EUR por limpeza de um veiculo que se encontrava batido, e mais 100EUR por motivo do acidente com o veiculo, sendo que meu seguro era total e depois de tira as duvidas que a minha segurado soube que nao tinha nada a paga, esta e uma verdadeira locadora nao confiavel. Nao recomendo, busque outra locadora ira passar dor de cabeca alugando seu carro aqui.
If I could give 0 stars I would, unfortunately I came to rent a vehicle through my insurance company, this vehicle was damaged, I was charged EUR100 for cleaning a vehicle that was damaged, and another EUR100 due to the accident with the vehicle , since my insurance was full and after clarifying any doubts, my insured knew that he had nothing to pay, this is a truly unreliable rental company. I don't recommend it, look for another rental company and you will have a headache renting your car here.
Fiz um aluguer em Marco e fiz passagem em portagens, o que nao estava previsto. Pedi a conta do gasto que fiz. Enviaram a fatura e cobraram atraves do meu cartao de credito. No dia seguinte enviaram o IBAN para eu transferir o valor da fatura. Como nao sabia que ja tinham cobrado, paguei de novo. Esta e a seriedade desta empresa!!!
I booked a rental in March and went through tolls, which was not planned. I asked for an account of the expenses I incurred. They sent the invoice and charged my credit card. The next day they sent the IBAN so I could transfer the invoice amount. As I didn't know they had already charged, I paid again. This is how serious this company is!!!
Fiz o pagamento e infelizmente nao reparei que teria de deixar 1500EUR. Ja tinha efectuado o pagamento no valor de 35,95EUR. Tive de cancelar o aluguer da viatura e a senhora que estava no balcao deu um contacto para ligarmos para pedir a devolucao do valor que paguei. Ligo e sou informado que nao era para o tal numero, que teria que mandar um e-mail a pedir a devolucao do dinheiro. Mas ja me informaram que iria ser retirado 10% desse valor. Uma tremenda vergonha
I made the payment and unfortunately I didn't realize that I would have to leave EUR1500. I had already made the payment of EUR35.95. I had to cancel the car rental and the lady at the counter gave us a contact number to call to request a refund of the amount I paid. I called and was informed that it was not for that number, that I would have to send an email asking for the money back. But they already informed me that 10% of this amount would be removed. Boa noite, O atendimento deixa a desejar, senhora com cara sisuda, sem sorriso, da logo vontade de ir embora, para alem disso tive de ligar para a minha seguradora pois houve um equivoco e virei-me para a porta de entrada que e de vidro e espelhado e a senhora que me atendia fez uma careta na minha direcao, teve azar que vi, ate achei piada no momento, mas muito pouco profissional. O processo para levantar o carro e rapido. Ao chegar ao carro, carrinha Fiat, bonita, entrei no carro, tresandava a tabaco, o carro e para ser ocupado pela familia, inclusive a minha filha, a outra senhora que me trouxe ao veiculo, ficou a olhar para mim, e disse que nao se podia fumar, pois entao porque cheirava a tabaco? Perguntei eu, na altura da higienizacao nao repararam? Estava a espera de uma solucao, nada. Levei a viatura, que remedio, nao foi nada ma a conducao. Esta critica e para melhorar, por isso a pessoa que costuma responder com ironia e desculpas nao fundamentadas, escusa de vir de dar o ar da sua graca. Pois onde ha fumo, ha fogo, se nao aceitam uma critica para melhorar entao e porque nao sao uma boa empresa.

When I got to the car, a beautiful Fiat van, I got into the car, it smelled of tobacco, the car is to be occupied by the family, including my daughter, the other lady who brought me to the vehicle, looked at me, and said that You couldn't smoke, so why did it smell like tobacco? I asked, didn't you notice when cleaning? I was waiting for a solution, nothing. I took the car, what a cure, the driving wasn't bad at all. This criticism is meant to improve, so the person who usually responds with irony and unfounded excuses doesn't have to come and show his grace. Because where there is smoke, there is fire, if they don't accept criticism to improve then it's because they're not a good company.
A bit of a bumpy start but they sorted everything the best they could. Very helpful and nice. Good and recent cars.
