Tinha um voucher para usar, como precisei de ir a espanha usei o voucher, quando estava para quase ir embora o empregado diz me que nao posso sair de Portugal Continental. Entretanto peco para cancelar o contrato pois nao precisava do carro pois ia ter de ir a espanha. Disseram me que se tivesse pago em dinheiro que davam me um voucher mas como foi com voucher que ja nao pagam. Resultado a Susana do ecomobile ainda se desculpou dizendo isto "Nao se esqueca que ontem fomos de proposito a Aveiro e voltamos. Isso sao custos... Gasolina e tempo" Assim ganharam 100EUR . E o rapaz que foi disse me que nem trabalhava ali so estava a fazer um favor. Portanto esta empresa para mim esta riscada, pois sinto me roubado, pois se para eles 100EUR nao e nada para outras pessoas e. ASSIM SE PERDEM CLIENTES

A experiencia de alugar um carro em loja comeca pelo atendimento passando pelo preco ate, efetivamente, entrar no carro e aproveitar o que foi oferecido. Nessas tres fases esta loja esta de parabens. Cumpriu com excelencia cada fase. Muito bom atendimento. Precos melhores das lojas que pesquisei e por ultimo carros com km baixa nao que nao deixa margem para problemas. Parabens a loja e recomendo.

Hallo! Wir wollten ein Auto mieten! Als der Vertrag soweit war zum Unterschreiben und die Kreditkarten abwicklung erledigt war, wurde ich mit keiner Silbe darauf hingewiesen, dass ich einen Selbstbehalt von 6.750,-- Euro habe!!!!!!!!!Als ich daaassss im Vertrag gelesen hatte, habe ich alles storniert! Fur mich ist das kein serioses Unternehmen!

If you are in Portugal and you are looking for a car rental company, you absolutely have to avoid Ecomobile. They offer cheap prices but you can't trust them; I rented a car with them and they deceived me and my friends, just because we were young and foreign. it's full of better and more reliable companies, so look for another company!
Looks like a cheaper option but with hidden costs you pay much more than better known companies. Would avoid.
