They never pick up the phone and closed 2 hours for lunch break... since is the only brunch in Aveiro it seems to me not very professional if you need their assistance urgently. Therefore no issues with the car or with the staff in Porto.

Ja por varias vezes que passo pela Guerin Aveiro, o contacto con a agencia e muito facil, fui sempre muito bem "servido" os carros sao recentes e o estado geral impecavel. Encontram-se dentro da estacao o que e muito pratico para quem vem de comboio. A most unhappy experience. Very quick to upsell and charge exorbitantly.
Seamless process of pick up and return. Didn't penalise me for returning beyond the hour. Friendly staff and very happy to help.
Worst experience ever. I reserved a 4x4 SUV a few days early to go to Lisbon to carry all of our luggage (3 suitcases, 2 carry-on, a stroller, a car seat, etc. ). We had everything set to go and once we got there they tried to give us a different car MUCH SMALLER. That couldn't carry even half of our stuff. We wasted almost two hours at the office with a 5 month old and they wouldn't give us the car that we had reserved. As we passed all the cars in the lot there were 2 SUVs and they wouldn't give us one because those were "reserved". WHAT HAPPENED TO THE CAR WE RESERVED?!?! And on top of that in fine print we would pay so much more at the end of the day then what was told. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!
