Leider keine gute Erfahrung. Hertz hatte uns eine Auto vermietet der nach 50km ein Motorschaden anzeigte. Sollten dann laut Kundenservice einen Ersatzauto dort bekommen, was uns dann eine Stunde vorher bestatigt wurde. Wir kamen 5min spater wegen Stau am Ort an, dort sagte uns die Frau wir waren zu spat und es ware kein Auto mehr da!! Dort stand ich alleine mit Kleinkind und erst als ich mich aufgeregt habe, war plotzlich doch ein Auto frei... Die Frau war sehr unhoflich und lies mich alleine mit Kleinkind den Autositz mitten in der Strasse den Autositz in den Ersatzauto einbauen, was sehr gefahrlich war. Kein Angebot ob ich Hilfe brauche nichts!! Nicht einmal Tschuss gesagt... Einfach miserabel so Kunden zu behandeln die 800EUR fur eine Woche bezahlen!!! Nie wieder!!!
Unfortunately not a good experience. Hertz rented us a car that showed engine failure after 50km. According to customer service, we should get a replacement car there, which was confirmed to us an hour beforehand. We arrived at the place 5 minutes later because of a traffic jam, the woman there told us we were too late and there was no car left!! I was standing there alone with a small child and only when I got excited did a car suddenly appear... The woman was very rude and made me install the car seat in the spare car in the middle of the street, alone with a small child, which was very dangerous. No offer if I need help, nothing!! Not even said goodbye... Simply miserable to treat customers like that who pay EUR800 for a week!!! Never again!!!

We rented a car from Aveiro. Claudia in the office was most welcoming, friendly and so thorough in explaining. Her English was also amazing. The car was upgraded and was excellent. Upon returning her colleague dropped us at the train station which was so kind. And excellent service! Trudi

It was a good business with hertz. I will always recommend people to go for hertz (because there're no hidden charges) instead of any other cheaper car services which will charge afterwards in terms of hidden charges.
Professional and kind communication. Everything was explained carefully and clearly when renting the car. Returning the car was easy and smooth. When comparing with rental companies at airports, really very friendly service in Aveiro. Car new, clean, with no problems. I highly recommend.
