Je deconseille fortement l'agence d"Aveiro, la responsable d'agence n'a aucun savoir vivre limite insultante. J'ai annule ma reservation a mon arrive et je suis alle chez sixt. A bon entendeur !!!

Relativamente ao atendimento, dou uma nota super negativa no que toca ao custumer care, ao telefone parece que estamos a ligar para um particular, nao mostra qualquer interesse de querer atender o cliente, respondeu de forma arrogante e rude e ainda gozou com a situacao. Um local no qual nao hei de voltar mais de certeza. Falo da agencia de Aveiro, nao conheco as outras!
