Informacao errada, cobranca abusiva e pouca escolha de frota!Esta rent-a-car pede o pagamento de 2 euros/dia por uso de identificador para portagens. Mesmo que passem uma so vez e tenham o carro alugado dois dias, e cobrado o valor de 4 euros para alem do valor das portagens!Nunca tal me aconteceu! O mesmo acontece no valor da franquia do seguro: elevadissimo mas pode ser reduzido mediante pagamento de 15 euros dia! Cuidado tambem com a informacao prestada ao balcao - referiram que o deposito estava cheio o que nao se veio a verificar no momento em que entregaram a viatura (o funcionario que entrega, nao e o que regista no balcao) Tirem sempre fotografia e reportem logo essa situacao. Por ultimo, ao balcao referiram que o veiculo hibrido podia ser carregado em posto eletrico porque tinha cabo...escusado sera dizer que as viaturas hibridas nao funcionam assim!
Wrong information, abusive charging and little choice of fleet! This rent-a-car asks to pay 2 euros/day for using an identifier for tolls. Even if you pass through once and have the car rented for two days, you will be charged 4 euros in addition to the tolls! This has never happened to me! The same applies to the insurance deductible: very high but can be reduced by paying 15 euros per day! Also be careful with the information provided at the counter - they mentioned that the tank was full, which was not verified when they delivered the vehicle (the employee who delivers it is not the one who registers it at the counter) Always take a photo and report it immediately situation. Finally, at the counter they mentioned that the hybrid vehicle could be charged at an electric station because it had a cable...needless to say, hybrid vehicles don't work like that!
Nao atendem o telefone fixo no balcao de Aveiro. Liguei 10 vezes em 2 horas (16/18 h) de sexta-feira, sem sucesso. Pergunto tambem, como e possivel um balcao de Rent a Car estar fechado ao fim-de-semana, quando eu pretendia devolver o carro, ja que nao me atenderam na sexta-feira, quando pretendia devolver a viatura?? Nao preciso da viatura no fim-de-semana e vou ter que ficar mais 2 dias com a mesma. Faz sentido?
They don't answer the landline at the Aveiro counter. I called 10 times in 2 hours (4/6 pm) on Friday, to no avail. I also ask, how is it possible for a Rent a Car counter to be closed on the weekend, when I intended to return the car, since they did not assist me on Friday, when I intended to return the car?? I don't need the car at the weekend and I'll have to keep it for another 2 days. It makes sense?
Ja aluguei carro algumas vezes na Turiscar, localizacao antiga. A nova localizacao nao e funcional: afastada dos carros, quer no levantamento quer na entrega, e muitas vezes o colaborador tem de fechar a loja para ir buscar/ levantar os carros. Sistema Via Verde, basta usar em 1 dos dias do aluguer e a taxa e debitada em todos os dias: nao esta correcto. Carro com danos nao assinalados, caso nao estivesse atento e documentasse por minha conta, teria sido cobrado na entrega... Ha algum trabalho para melhorar o servico
I've rented a car a few times from Turiscar, an old location. The new location is not functional: far from the cars, both during pick-up and delivery, and the employee often has to close the store to pick up/pick up the cars. Via Verde system, just use it on 1 of the rental days and the fee is charged on every day: this is not correct. Departamento Comercial em Lisboa funciona mal. Mal educados. Tem viaturas no site, perguntei por 7 e responderam sempre o mesmo e da mesma forma: "nao temos disponibilidade". Pergunto porque e que estao no site entao para reserva, e respondem "nao temos disponibilidade". Nao sei porque tem as viaturas online.
Commercial Department in Lisbon works poorly. Badly educated. There are vehicles on the website, I asked for 7 and they always answered the same and in the same way: "we don't have availability". I ask why they are on the website for reservations, and they say "we don't have availability". I don't know why they have the vehicles online.
Good team, good customer service
Great place to rent a car. The two workers I met during my visit were both very helpful and explained everything very clearly. I recommend this place to anyone who is looking to rent a car for a good price with good customer service.
Pessoas simpaticas, PESSIMO SERVICO, ao ponto de entregar uma viatura que parece que andou a fazer rally cheia de po, que so a segunda passagem pela maquina de lavagem e que saiu alguma coisa nao muito, e ainda dizem que nao era necessario lavar na entrega, como eu fosse andar assim com o carro, no interior vidro frontal mal limpo, tablier cheio de po, estofos cheios de nodoas, com tapetes a cheirarem mal, bagageira com ter medo do aspirador, enfim a pior rent com quem trabalhei. HORRIVEL
Friendly people, TERRIBLE SERVICE, to the point of delivering a car that looks like it had been on a rally full of dust, that only after the second pass through the washing machine and something came off, not much, and they still say that it was not necessary to wash it upon delivery , as if I were going to drive the car like that, the front window was barely clean inside, the dashboard was full of dust, the upholstery was full of stains, the carpets smelled bad, the trunk was afraid of the vacuum cleaner, in short, the worst renter I've ever worked with. HORRIBLE
Usufrui de um servico de veiculo de substituicao atraves da Seguradora. Explicaram-me tudo o que tinha que saber. Atendimento foi bom, o problema foi quando entreguei a viatura no dia seguinte. Aparentemente a viatura foi-me entregue com o deposito de combustivel cheio e comprovei isso quando me entregaram a viatura. De facto, o ponteiro indicava que a viatura estava atestada, mas, todos nos sabemos que podemos fazer, 50, 60 ou 70 km's e o ponteiro indica que o deposito esta cheio. No dia seguinte, fui atestar o deposito. Quando cheguei ao posto de combustivel da marca mais barato no mercado, tinha feito 44 km's. Paguei 12.10EUR para acabar de atestar o deposito. 12.10EUR para fazer 44 km's? Cheguei ao balcao e expos a situacao de que nao me foi entregue a viatura com deposito atestado e que tinha gasto 12.10EUR para encher o deposito. Depois de feitas as medias e mais uma outra justificacao, informaram-me que tinha feito 57 km's. Desde o posto de combustivel ate ao balcao da Turiscar, sao +/- 3 km's. Depois de algumas justificacoes, informaram-me que poderia ser da deslocacao que a Turiscar fez com a viatura a uma estacao das lavagens dos automoveis. Pois e, mas nao deveria ser. Dai eu considerar um pessimo servico. Ainda durante o dia de hoje, irei reclamar junto da Turiscar e da Seguradora sobre esta situacao.

After some justifications, they informed me that it could be due to the trip that Turiscar made with the vehicle to a car wash station. Yes, but it shouldn't be. That's why I consider it a bad service. Later today, I will complain to Turiscar and the Insurance Company about this situation.
