Sempre que preciso alugar e la que pego o carro. Faco a reserva pelo site (pois sai mais barato) e pego la com a Suzana. Um funcionaria que sempre esta feliz e e muito gentil.

I made a car reservation online, on the day I picked up the car at the counter, the employee who helped me when checking my details said that I couldnt go ahead with the rental because my driving license was prohibited by the system for renting the car. I asked the employee why, she said she did not have access to this information, which was confidential and that it was probably due to a previous rental problem. Well, I have never rented any vehicle with the group represented at this counter, the only situation I have had was as a secondary driver in a replacement vehicle in which, as I indicate, I was only as a secondary driver and the contract was not even in my name. The employee responded that she could not continue with the rental. Since I was being harmed by a reservation made in advance and where I never had any problem and there was no feedback from the company about any incident, I decided to fill out the complaints book on site, where I described the situation. I was hurt and had to find another car rental company at the last minute. Im glad I did! I didnt even know that there were other companies in Barreiro where they dont even ask for a bank card and in bad faith situations they arrogantly withdraw money from us, having us in our defense having to scramble to resolve the situation! Well, the situation wont stay like that, besides, its not my surprise, besides being unfairly left without my rental, I was charged 65 euros on my bank card for not showing up for the reservation! I remember, they refused to rent the car to me without giving me any explanation as to why and on top of that they took money from my account for not showing up at the rental when the company itself canceled my reservation! They responded to my complaint in writing where they did not answer the question I asked, why I was prohibited from renting a group vehicle, they simply limited themselves to repeating what was said at the counter / these big companies have the arrogance to think they are doing what they want and we will not react.... I warn everyone who provides bank details in advance and who may come across a situation like mine and there are many other smaller rental companies in Barreiro that do not They act in bad faith and I havent had any problems!

Efectuei uma reserva de viatura online, no dia de levantamento da viatura no balcao a colaboradora que me atendeu ao verificar os meus dados disse que nao podia avancar com o aluguer porque a minha carta de conducao estava inibida peko sistema para alugar a viatura. Questionei a colaboradora a razao porque e ela disse que nao tinha acesso a essa informacao que era confidencial e que provavelmente por um anterior aluguer algum problema. Ora bem, nunca aluguei nenhuma viatura com o grupo que esta representado nesse balcao, a unica situacao que tive foi como condutora secundaria numa viatura de substituicao em que tal como indico somente estive como condutora secundaria e nem o contrato esteve em meu nome. A colaboradora respondeu que nao podia prosseguir com o aluguer. Visto estar a ser prejudicada com uma reserva feita com antecedencia e onde nunca tive qualquer problema e houve qualquer feedback por parte da empresa de alguma ocorrencia, resolvi preencher o livro de reclamacoes no local, onde descrevi a situacao. Sai prejudicada e tive que encontrar outra empresa de aluguer de automoveis em cima da hora. Ainda bem que o fiz! Nem eu sabia que existiam outras empresas no Barreiro onde nem sequer pedem cartao bancario em que em situacoes de ma fe nos retiram de forma arrogante dinheiro tendo nos em nossa defesa ter que mexer por resolver a situacao! Pois bem, a situacao nao vai ficar assim, alem de mais nao e a minha surpresa alem de ter ficado injustamente sem o meu aluguer, foram me cobrado 65 euros no meu cartao bancario por nao comparencia na reserva! Relembro, recusaram se a alugar me a viatura sem me dar qualquer explicacao do porque e ainda por cima retiram dinheiro da minha conta por nao comparencia no aluguer quando foi a propria empresa a cancelar a minhw reserva! Responderam me a reclamacao por escrito onde nao me responderam a questao por mim colocada, o porque de estar inibida de alugar viatura do grupo, simplesmente se limitaram a repetir o que foi dito ao balcao /estas grandes empresas tem a arrogancia de achar que fazem o que lhes apetece e nos nao vamos reagir.... Alerto a todos que cedem dados bancarios antecipadamente e que possam vir a deparar se com uma situacao como a minha e existem muitas outras empresas de aluguer mais pequenas no Barreiro que nao agem de ma fe e onde nao tive qualquer problema!
