Pessimo servico atendeu-me um senhor super arrogante se estatura forte. Despreso pelos clientes e cada vez que lhe perguntava por algum dizia para eu ligar-lhe para a linha da guerin! Primeira vez que venho a este balcao e e pra esquecer nao recomendo de todo a ninguem!
Terrible service, a super arrogant man with a strong build served me. Disdainful for customers and every time I asked him for someone he told me to call him on the guerin hotline! First time I've been to this counter and I'll forget it, I don't recommend it to anyone at all!

Nao recomendo os servicos! O dono alem de grosseiro, falta respeito com os clientes e ameca cobrar mais pelos servicos a depender dos clientes. A Franquia Guerin Rent a Car e a empresa PneuEasy pertencem ao mesmo dono e funcionam no mesmo local. Oferece servicos de reparacao de pneus nos carros de aluguer.. que ja saem com problemas

The Guerin Rent a Car Franchise and the PneuEasy company belong to the same owner and operate in the same location. Offers tire repair services for rental cars that already leave with problems

Hoje ao devolver o carro no balcao do Barreiro, que tambem e uma casa de pneus (pneueasy), o patrao da casa de pneus teve o descaramento de dizer que o deposito nao estava cheio quando, como podem verificar na foto, estava cheio. Esta "pessoa" ligou o carro e deixou o mesmo a trabalhar virando costas ao mesmo. Quando regressei ao carro verifiquei que estava a trabalhar. Quando levanto carros verifico se o ponteiro esta cheio e, se estiver, nao pergunto quantos kms o carro fez ate me ser entregue (a isto chamo bom senso). Assim alerto-vos para terem atencao quando escolherem este balcao para levantar e recolher viaturas porque esta pessoa da a ideia de que quer beneficiar algo extra com esta atitude. Um balcao para esquecer.
