Pessimo atendimento, atitude condescendente para com os clientes. Atendimento feito a muito custo e com pouca vontade. Nao havia frota suficiente, quando o site nao tinha nenhuma informacao nesse sentido. Pediram-me o dobro do valor que me tinha sido apresentado na reserva online. Falta de informacao, justificada com um encolher de ombros.
Terrible service, condescending attitude towards customers. Service provided at great cost and with little desire. There was not enough fleet, when the website did not have any information to that effect. They asked me for double the amount that had been presented to me when booking online. Atendimento pessimo, frequento varias rent a car da Turiscar e nunca tive um atendimento por 2x seguidas com tanta falta de profissionalismo e sinismo. Por 2x estavam as mesmas senhoras uma mais velha e outra mais nova, a mais nova que me atendeu na primeira vez e na segunda vez. Na primeira vez deram me uma carro em super mau estado, sujo, assim que andei 5 min com o carro, as luzes dos pneus acenderam.. e quando questionei nao terem um carro com melhores condicoes a mesma ainda fez ma cara e com sinismo disse que ia ver o que arranjava. Pela segunda vez que vou a loja trocar por outro carro, arranjou uma batida no carro dizendo que fui eu, sendo que nao houve vistoria quando me o deu apenas disse que tinha de assinar aqueles papeis todos. Reforco que frequento varias vezes a rent a car de Corroios e sao de extrema preocupacao em dar o melhor ao cliente , questionam me sempre se prefiro com mudancas ou automatico , todos os cuidados possiveis. Nesta rent a car do Barreiro nao tem qualquer consideracao pelo o cliente, so quer m dar o pior que houver. Pelo o que vejo nos comentarios a baixo, acredito que os superiores deveriam agir, sao reclamacoes atras de reclamacoes

The first time they gave me a car in really bad condition, dirty, as soon as I drove the car for 5 minutes, the tire lights came on... and when I questioned that they didn't have a car in better condition, she still made a bad face and with a warning sign said I was going to see what I could come up with. For the second time I went to the store to exchange it for another car, he arranged a raid on the car saying it was me, and there was no inspection when he gave it to me, he just said I had to sign all those papers. I emphasize that I go to rent a car in Corroios several times and they are extremely concerned about giving the best to the customer, they always ask me if I prefer gear or automatic, every possible precaution. Carro entregue cheio de po e problemas nao registados pela Turiscar. Apitava de 50 km a pedir revisao urgente, barulho no motor estranho, arranhoes no carro que me foram ditos que estavam na guia de danos do carro. Alugo com alguma frequencia carros e nunca tinha recebido tao mau servico desde da entrega a devolucao do carro. Carro entregue as pressas, estacionado em parado em segunda fila a empatar o transito e sem confirmacao do estado do carro com a funcionario como e habitual neste servico, parecendo um ato de ma fe prepositado tendo em conta o que depois se vem a verificar na devolucao. Na entrega foi me dito que os arranhoes e marca de fita cola retirada da matricula tinha sido feitos durante a estadia comigo e eu teria de pagar o arranjo, porque nao havia qualquer registo de danos e ele tinha de ter ocorrido em minha mao, sendo me ainda dito que a culpa era minha que nao tinha feito registo fotografico do carro aquando da entrega pelo que era a minha palavra contra a deles. Foi me assim cobrado 300 euros por arranhoes que se podem ver nas fotografias que alem de o dano nao justificar valor tambem e visivel que ja tinha sido tentado disfarcar pelo o polimento que a tinta apresenta em torno dos riscos. Um franchising da Turiscar e Budget que deviam envergonhar a companhia, desde do atendimento dos funcionarios ao estado dos veiculos.
Car delivered full of dust and problems not registered by Turiscar. I rent cars quite often and have never received such poor service from delivery to return of the car. Car delivered in a hurry, parked in the second row, holding up traffic and without confirmation of the condition of the car with the employee as is usual in this service, appearing to be an intentional act of bad faith taking into account what later transpires upon return. . Upon delivery I was told that the scratches and tape mark removed from the license plate had been made during the stay with me and I would have to pay for the repair, because there was no record of damage and it had to have occurred on my hand, being me I also said that it was my fault that I hadn't taken a photograph of the car upon delivery, so it was my word against theirs. I was therefore charged 300 euros for scratches that can be seen in the photographs, which, in addition to the damage not justifying the value, is also clear that an attempt had already been made to disguise it by the polishing that the paint presents around the scratches. A Turiscar and Budget franchise that should embarrass the company, from employee service to the condition of the vehicles.

Nao correu mal. Mas no inicio quase intimidam as pessoas para adquirirem o seguro proposto. Oito ponto de tensao e a verificacao de danos pre existentes no carro. Parece que se anda ali com uma lupa, na entrega e a mesma tensao. Na minha opiniao toda aquela pressao e exagerada. Mas ate correu bem.
It didn't go bad. But at first they almost intimidate people into purchasing the proposed insurance. Eight point of tension is the check for pre-existing damage to the car. It seems like you're walking there with a magnifying glass, when you deliver it there's the same tension. In my opinion, all that pressure is exaggerated. But it actually went well.
