O Periodo de funcionamento da loja e da parte da manha ate 12:30 e reinicia pelas 14:30. Quando fui buscar o carro cheguei pelas 12:45 e tive de aguardar pelas 14:30 para ser atendida. Na entrega do mesmo cheguei pelas 12:45 tive de estacionar o carro junto a Avis pagar estacionamento (1EUR), ir ate rodoviaria pois deixei la a mala (1,15EUR-autocarro) e perdi o meu expresso que era as 14h e tive de o voltar a marcar (21EUR). Nao acabando na entrega do carro a senhora diz-me que vou ter que pagar todo o deposito (59.02EUR), so gastei 1/5 do deposito e ficando a Avis com o resto dele. Acho injusto, nao me foi dito quando adquiri o carro. Que infeliz experiencia. Obrigada
The store's opening hours are from the morning until 12:30 pm and restart at 2:30 pm. When I went to pick up the car, I arrived at 12:45 and had to wait until 2:30 to be seen. When delivering it, I arrived at 12:45, I had to park the car next to Avis, pay for parking (EUR1), go to the bus station because I left my suitcase there (EUR1.15-bus) and missed my express, which was at 2pm and I had to book it again (EUR21). Not finishing with the delivery of the car, the lady tells me that I will have to pay the entire deposit (EUR59.02), I only spent 1/5 of the deposit and leaving Avis with the rest of it. I think it's unfair, I wasn't told when I purchased the car. What an unfortunate experience. Thanks
Very friendly staff and good prices.
It's a long story but they where awesome. So we had a rental from AVIS Lissabon that had a check engine light. We have full insurance. We got picked up by taxi, a truck pick up the car. In a few minutes they had a new rental for us. Great service. Thanks for making our holiday
There is no grace period when returning your car. Know that you will be charged an extra day for any minute later. When returning your car, do not sign the "pearl receipt" (that includes your time stamp) if you disagree with any charges - as you will be consenting to those charges. Review the "pearl receipt's" charges and don't go off what the attendant verbally tells you. The "pearl receipt," that you electronically sign on a device, is make it or break it.

Rent A Car
Cars are nice. Rental staff did not state back by noon or have to pay an extra day, then did not prorate. Way more expensive, less transparent than competitors. Use Europcar instead, better and cheaper!
