!No caigas en esta idea de dar los datos de la tarjeta! Realizan cobros dobles e indebidos. Son muy desorganizados, no hay forma de contactarlos, no atienden el telefono ni responden mensajes. Llame al centro explicando los cargos indebidos y no me hicieron caso, no me dieron numero de reclamacion y dijeron que me devolverian la llamada. El telefono de la tienda del aeropuerto de Vigo no contesta. No hay correo electronico de contacto. Una vez que proporciones los datos de tu tarjeta, ya no habra forma de contactar. Pague un coche automatico y me dieron uno manual (mas barato), reclame en la tienda del aeropuerto de Vigo pero tampoco me hicieron caso.
Don't fall for this idea of giving the card details! They make double and improper charges. They are very disorganized, there is no way to contact them, they do not answer the phone or respond to messages. I called the center explaining the improper charges and they ignored me, did not give me a claim number and said they would call me back. The phone at the Vigo airport store does not answer. There is no contact email. Once you provide your card details, there will be no way to contact you. I paid for an automatic car and they gave me a manual one (cheaper), I complained at the store at Vigo airport but they didn't listen to me either.

Not great. They only accept a credit card for the holding deposit. No cash, no debit card. I have a debit card linked to my account at a local bank but that didn't cut it.
