Tivemos otima experiencia com a Europcar. So uma reclamacao: sempre que chegamos na loja Braga ela estava fechada com uma placa de VOLTO LOGO. Tanto na retirada como na devolucao do carro esperamos cerca de 40/50min ate aparecer algum funcionario.
We had a great experience with Europcar. Just one complaint: whenever we arrived at the Braga store it was closed with a BACK SOON sign. Both when picking up and returning the car, we waited around 40/50 minutes until an employee appeared.
Nao recomendo a locacao de veiculos nesta empresa. Primeiro, voce faz a reserva por determinado valor, quando chega para retirar o carro sao cobrados valores diversos acrescidos outros servicos com valores exorbitantes. Segundo, recebi nesta semana - apos dois meses - cobranca referente as portagens. Ocorre que, no dia do atendimento foi dito que as portagens NAO seriam cobradas. INCLUSIVE, caso eu efetuasse o pagamento de alguma portagem seria reembolsado o valor mediante apresentacao de recibo. Por fim, paguei servico de tanque cheio, porem, ao retirar o veiculo o mesmo nao estava com o tanque cheio.
I do not recommend renting cars from this company. First, you make the reservation for a certain amount, when you arrive to collect the car you are charged different amounts plus other services with exorbitant prices. Secondly, this week - after two months - I received a charge for tolls. It turns out that, on the day of service, it was said that tolls would NOT be charged. INCLUSIVELY, if I paid a toll, the amount would be refunded upon presentation of a receipt. Finally, I paid for a full tank service, however, when I picked up the vehicle, it did not have a full tank.
Best place to rent a car in Braga! Mr. Atanas * Mr. Perfect * let me select the best cars for my use! as he explained everything very professionally, rest of the staff members are very nice, Smiling and ready to help everyone with positive energy! This place is highly recommended for people who wants to rent a car on best rates for best cars and to interact with best staff of Europcar :)
Thats large company rip you off without hesitation !!!!! What the process .... Easy put the price as low as possible to rent you a car and the moment you will give back the car they will a "Tiny Little" thing (that you didn't do) on the car and make you paid for it !!!! (Even you purchase them insurance). Not Thank you EUROPTRASH P.S: We had to leave a comment for how much we paid you, for something you will not fix and didnt do AND rip off the next client for the same thing. Advise: check, double check, triple check, ... take your own photos. Also if you rent a car on a RAINING day you will not see the some default on the car and they will find it when you bring back the car.
Everyone is so very friendly. They make renting a car a great experience every time!
