Pessima experiencia. Aluguei no aplicativo e foi confirmada a minha locacao. Assim que cheguei na loja, a moca foi finalizar e simplesmente nao deu certo... me orientaram a ligar no 0800. Fiquei 1h tentando e depois de tanta espera me dizem que deu negado... Resultado... nao consegui retirar o veiculo que tinha sido confirmado, fiquei na mao e perdi meu compromisso que eu tinha. Nunca mais eu alugo nessa locadora, sistema lento e nao resolvem seu problema!
Bad experience. I rented on the app and my rental was confirmed. As soon as I arrived at the store, the girl went to finish it and it simply didn't work... they advised me to call 0800. I spent 1 hour trying and after so much waiting they told me that it was denied... Result... I couldn't collect the vehicle that had been confirmed, I was left in hand and I lost my appointment that I had. I will never rent from this rental company again, the system is slow and they don't solve your problem!
Inacceptable!! A fuir! Nous avions reserve une voiture a l aeroport de SAO Paulo 1 mois avant. Quand nous sommes arrives, la reservation avait ete annulee, sans nous donner la raison ils avaient bloques notre compte. La direction centrale ne connaissait pas la raison et ne souhaitait rien faire car de toute facon ils n avaient pas de voiture disponible. Quelle sont les raisons pour laisser des touristes etrangers sans aide et sans donner le service reserve malgre les e-mails de confirmation recu le jour meme? Est ce a cause du prix avantageux que nous avions lors de la reservation? Du fait que nous sommes etranger? Dans tous les cas c est inacceptable.
Unacceptable!! To flee! We had reserved a car at SAO Paulo airport 1 month before. When we arrived, the reservation had been canceled, without giving us the reason they had blocked our account. The central management did not know the reason and did not want to do anything because they did not have a car available anyway. What are the reasons for leaving foreign tourists without assistance and without providing the service reserved despite the confirmation emails received the same day? Is it because of the advantageous price we had when booking? Because we are foreigners? In any case, it is unacceptable.
Funcionarios educados sempre buscando o melhor para o cliente! Ja aluguei diversas vezes na unidas de braganca e nunca tive problemas, os comentarios negativos com certeza sao de pessoas que nao se anteciparam com os imprevistos

Sou cliente a bastante tempo da loja , liguei mais de 20 vezes na unidade e fui atendido uma. Nao me respondem mais no e-mail. As atendentes Josi e Rebeca , nota 10 pelo atendimento . Porem o responsavel pelo recebimento do veiculo , um deles o Laercio, creio que seja gerente tambem, cobrou uma higienizacao de R$750 , sem nenhuma necessidade, eu nao estava no momento da devolucao, deixei o veiculo no estacionamento da agencia, e nao me informaram que iriam fazer esse procedimento. Sendo que o carro nao estava com nenhum odor , estava limpo, foi somente 1 diaria alias algumas horas pois deixei o carro no mesmo dia na agencia. Sendo que eu poderia ficar com o veiculo quantas diarias eu quisesse. Ao meu ver, poderiam ter ligado e avisado pra eu tomar alguma providencia, se realmente estivesse sujo , eu levaria no meu Lava Jato , nao me multar com um valor de R$750,00 . Nada justifica , nem Nota fiscal me deram da higienizacao. Nao foi a primeira vez que isso aconteceu . Sem contar que cobraram um trincado no vidro ,R$ 1032, estava com o seguro parcial e nao cobre vidro. Sera que fui eu mesmo que fiz A verdade e uma, essas grandes empresas so visam lucro e nao estao nem ai pra seus clientes. Ou enriquecem ilicitamente com atos duvidosos. Basta acreditar em Deus e na justica divina , na justica dos homens corremos atras pelos meios legais.

The truth is one, these big companies only aim for profit and don't care about their customers. Or they enrich themselves illicitly through dubious acts. Just believe in God and divine justice, we chase human justice through legal means.
Aluguei um Fiat cronos uma vez, gostei muito da experiencia. As mocas que me atenderam foram super simpaticas e nao houve nenhuma cobranca indevida. Alem disso, estornaram tudo certinho. So achei o preco de uma diaria com a melhor protecao meio cara, mais do que a do site, mas nada de mais. Eles tem uma gama muito boa de carros, faltam apenas os sedans de luxo para ficar mais legal.
I rented a Fiat cronos once, I really enjoyed the experience. The girls who served me were super friendly and there were no undue charges. Furthermore, they reversed everything correctly. I only found the price for a daily rate with the best protection to be a bit expensive, more than the price on the website, but nothing special. They have a very good range of cars, just missing the luxury sedans to make it cooler.
Sempre fiz locacao de veiculos atraves da Localiza. Mas como a Unidas estava com um preco mais atrativo, fiz a besteira de conhecer os servicos! Como muitos relatos que vi hoje, me fizeram uma cobranca indevida. O estabelecimento se aproveita da condicao de ter os dados de seu cartao e faz a cobranca como bem quer, sem previo aviso. Ja estou tomando as providencias para ter o estorno do valor junto a operadora do cartao. Mas nao precisava passar por esse transtorno/estresse se tivesse feito o de sempre: alugar com a Localiza. Foi bom conhecer pra saber que NUNCA mais devo contratar os servicos da Unidas. Podem pesquisar por ai, a quantidade infinita de reclamacoes por cobrancas abusivas! Agora e so sentar e esperar a falencia da empresa, com essa reputacao, nao vai muito longe nao!
I have always rented vehicles through Localiza. But as Unidas had a more attractive price, I made the mistake of finding out about the services! Like many reports I saw today, I was charged unduly. The establishment takes advantage of the condition of having your card details and charges as it wishes, without prior notice. I am already taking steps to have the amount refunded to the card operator. But I wouldn't have had to go through this inconvenience/stress if I had done what I always do: rent with Localiza. It was good to know so I know that I should NEVER hire Unidas' services again. You can search around, the endless amount of complaints about abusive charges! Now we just have to sit back and wait for the company to go bankrupt, with that reputation, it won't go very far!
