Pessimo atendimento, foi solicitado um orcamento e tabela pelo whatsapp, nem sequer responderam, realmente acham que estao fazendo um favor de alugar o carro.

Acabei precisando alugar carro de ultima hora porque a outra locadora cancelou. Essa era a unica da cidade que tinha carros disponiveis e consegui alugar rapidamente sem problemas. Carros muito bons e preco bom tambem se comparado a outras.
I ended up needing to rent a car last minute because the other rental company canceled. This was the only one in town that had cars available and I was able to rent them quickly without any problems. Very good cars and also a good price compared to others.

A principio o atendimento e cordial, mas nao e coeso. Uma atendente diz uma coisa e outra atendente faz outra coisa. Pelo que vi, minha reclamacao nao e a primeira. Tive o cadastro liberado, mesmo sem cartao de credito (segundo a atendente), em uma terca-feira (27/10), na sexta (30/10), as 16h30 obtive a informacao, atraves de outra atendente, de que nao seria liberado. Sem tempo habil para um "plano B", perdi o trabalho que faria no sabado. Ainda assim fui ao meu banco para solicitar tudo o que a Valicar pedia, Levei ate eles pessoalmente e fiz o cadastro, enviei toda a documentacao EXIGIDA e, mais uma vez, tive meu cadastro aprovado, pronto para locacao no dia 04/11 (Quarta-feira). Hoje pela manha (Quinta -Feira - 05/11), fui informado que, por eles nao acreditarem que receberei correspondencia (pois moro em uma chacara e disse que tenho dificuldade (e nao impossibilidade) em receber correspondencia (pq tenho de andar 300 metros ate a caixa comunitaria)) entao preciso informar outro endereco, caso contrario, nao poderao alugar para mim. Me senti discriminado, a atendente disse que eu estava sendo grosso ao questionar o procedimento, mau me ouviu, disse que falaria com o responsavel sobre o meu caso, mas nao me permitiu falar com ele, omitiu seu nome e o horario que poderia falar. Enfim, eles acreditam que nao prestam servicos, mas sim, favores. Estou aberto ao dialogo, caso o "Responsavel" assim o queira.
At first the service is friendly, but it is not cohesive. One attendant says one thing and another attendant does something else. From what I saw, my complaint is not the first. I had my registration cleared, even without a credit card (according to the attendant), on a Tuesday (10/27), on Friday (10/30), at 4:30 pm I received the information, through another attendant, that it would not be released. Without time for a "plan B", I missed the work I was going to do on Saturday. Even so, I went to my bank to request everything that Valicar asked for, I took it to them personally and registered, sent all the REQUIRED documentation and, once again, I had my registration approved, ready for rental on 11/04 (Wednesday -fair). This morning (Thursday - 05/11), I was informed that, because they do not believe that I will receive mail (as I live on a farm and said that I have difficulty (not impossibility) in receiving mail (because I have to walk 300 meters to the community box)) so I need to provide another address, otherwise they won't be able to rent to me. I felt discriminated against, the attendant said I was being rude by questioning the procedure, she didn't listen to me, she said she would speak to the person in charge about my case, but she didn't allow me to speak to him, she omitted his name and the time I could speak. In short, they believe that they do not provide services, but favors. I am open to dialogue, if the "Responsible" so wishes.
