Great experience renting a car here! We were visiting the area for a short time and decided to rent a car last minute. When we arrived at the office, I just called the phone number on the door and he came to help us within a few minutes. Very quick and easy process despite our lack of Portuguese. Mau atendimento ao telefone, da parte da atendente, a minha intencao era so saber as condicoes necessarias, para poder alugar, sendo que estes nem sequer poem nada a falar das condicoes para alugar. Tanto no pagamento (cartao de credito), como no seguro, como a idade minima de licenca de carta de conducao (2 anos e tal). Nao recomendo e ha outros lugares como melhor qualidade em Braganca.
Bad service on the phone from the attendant, my intention was just to find out the necessary conditions to be able to rent, and they don't even say anything about the conditions for renting. Both in payment (credit card), and in insurance, as well as the minimum age for driving license (2 years and such). I don't recommend it and there are other places with better quality in Braganca.

I was waiting there for an hour because there was an info ,,I'll be right back" on the door. I tried calling the number on the door, the MANAGER doesn't speak any language other than Portuguese. During the phone call he hung up without a word and won't answer a simple text message (in portuguese!!). I definitely DON'T recommend.
Loueur qui ne parle ni francais ni anglais en nous disant qu'ici on est au Portugal et qu'on doit parler le portugais. Donc la location s'est tres vite arretee! Bref a eviter pour les etrangers.
Rental manager who speaks neither French nor English, telling us that here we are in Portugal and that we must speak Portuguese. So the rental quickly stopped! In short, to avoid for foreigners.
Atendimento 5 estrelas. Muita simpatia e rapidez no processo de aluguer, de levantamento e de entrega do veiculo. Boa viatura em otimas condicoes. Aconselho sem duvida;

Terrible service. I tried to book a car for 3 days. Check on the website the price say 135EUR for 3 days. I call them they say 70EUR per days (210EUR). I then go through with the booking online and they announce 180EUR and it isn't possible to pay an insurance for less than 3 days. My Portuguese speaking boyfriend call this morning and it's 165EUR. Overall very rude people and poor service. Definitely won't book with them.
