Fast and friendly car rental, reasonable prices. The only gotcha was from windshield that was not cleaned inside. It happenned not for the first time, so something is ommited during car preparation procedure and it is a security matter when driving against the sun as visibility is much worse.
My first car rental at at 88 yrs of age after having always taken my own car abroad. My trepidation was very quickly dispelled by the guys at Europcar Caldas da Rainha who were very friendly and helpful in helping me set up the satnav. Both pick-up and return were simple and quick. Thanks to everyone involved

As we wanted to extend the car we were told to go to the nearest physical shop. We came here at 12:20 and the shop was closed. When it said open till 13:00. No help so far. In Caldas da Reinha. So losing another day of the holiday there.
Hired a car from Lisbon and had a flat during our stay in Amoreira. The office in Caldas da Rainha were great. They sorted us promptly and without fuss. What started out being a problem ended being a lovely experience. Good customer service does that :)
