We were a bit hesitant to use Guerin given the negative reviews on Google. However, Europcar was fully booked in Caldas da Rainha so we booked with Guerin. We couldn't have had a better experience! Everything went smoothly and the pick up and drop off process was a breeze. We booked online cause the price was cheaper than the one they quoted us for over the phone.

Never Hire a car from here, you get warning lights appear after few hours. You return the car & they just reset the light. The light comes on again and when you return it at the same time as you collected it or 1 hour after. You find they close for lunch so you will be charged an extra day for the 30mins it takes for the office to reopen. Money is their number one priority & customer satisfaction is not important. Ms Gomes has no Customer Service training and it shows. After 3 day hire I paided an additional EUR40 to hire car from 12:31 to 14:00 because the office was Closed from 13:00 - 14:00 for lunch. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED..! You offer me a refund & never sent it to me, you think I will just forget. Its time to get active on social media again. These photos have only had +10000 views on Guerin & +45,000 views on Enterprise time to get more publishity.
