This garage is a shame. A catastrophic image for this prestigious Car brand. The lady receptionist is unfriendly. no answer to emails. Four calls rejected before being able to speak to a non english speaking Receptionist.

I was going here to get a price on a great deal of things that needs to be fixed on the car. The person behind the counter was not at all interested and even picked up the phone while I was listing the repairs that was needed. Rudest customer service I have ever experienced. Not worthy the name of mercedes on it's door.

I came 5 times with the same problem, but it was never resolved. The last time the car was under diagnostics for more than 3 weeks - all this time I had to rent a car. During these 3 weeks I received virtually no feedback from the dealer, only 1 email in response to my question.

I own a Mercedes CLS 350, I was traveling and a yellow engine light appeared on the dashboard. I went to this dealership at 12pm to do a diagnosis to find out what the problem was. As it was close to lunch time, which was only at 12:45pm, they refused me help and asked me to go at 2pm. While I was traveling, I asked for help from a Mercedes partner, who told me that they would call a machine to assess the situation, I think this action would not take 45m, it seemed more like a lack of will, but this help was not provided. The question is that if I have a Mercedes, should I go to another workshop from another brand? Couldnt my brand partner have helped me to continue my journey in peace? Dirigi-me a este concessionario pelas 12h para me fazerem um diagnostico para saber do que se tratava. Por estar proximo da hora de almoco que e somente as 12h45m, recusaram-me a ajuda e pediram-me para ir as 14h. Estando em viagem pedi ajuda a um parceiro Mercedes no qual me disseram que seria ligar a uma maquina para avaliar a situacao, penso que esta acao nao demoraria 45m, pareceu-me mais falta de vontade, mas esta ajuda nao foi concretizada. A questao e que tendo um Mercedes, deveria dirigir-me a outra oficina de outra marca? Sera que o meu parceiro de marca nao me poderia ter ajudado para seguir viagem tranquilo? Good service. However, it is quite far from the city and getting there to pick up the car or going from there to the center of Caldas da Rainha on foot is not easy. Pedestrian access is complicated and dangerous as it is on the side of a national road. I was not offered any ride service.
