Nous avons appele cette agence de location une fois arrive sur l'ile. Abel nous a livre une voiture le lendemain a notre hotel pour une location de 7 septs jours. Pas de caution, tout en simplicite, sans aucune prise de tete, tout a ete tres facile. La voiture etait neuve et en tres bon etat. Le prix etait plus interessant que les autres loueurs. Nous avons depose les cles a la reception de notre hotel, le dernier jour de location et Abel est venu la recuperer sans que nous ne nous soucions de quoi que ce soit. Pour resumer service de qualite au meilleur prix, nous recommandons !
We called this rental agency once we arrived on the island. Abel delivered a car to our hotel the next day for a 7-day rental. No deposit, all simplicity, no hassle, everything was very easy. The car was new and in very good condition. The price was more attractive than other rental companies. We left the keys at the reception of our hotel on the last day of rental and Abel came to collect it without us having to worry about anything. To summarize, quality service at the best price, we recommend!
Wir haben fur einen Tag ein Auto gemietet, fur alle mal wichtig zu wissen der Standort in Camara de Lobos ist das Buro wo keine Autos zur Vergugung stehen.Wenn man aber in der Bestellung angibt, das Auto an seinen Standort geliefert zu bekommen ist das kein Problem.Wir hatten ein Missverstandnis bzw. Zu spat nach dem Treffpunkt gefragt und sind so die Strecke zu Fuss gegangen. Wir wurden herzlich von der Schwester des Inhabers empfangen und das Auto wurde innerhalb von 10 Min. geliefert. Die Abgabe durften wir dann direkt bei uns im Hafen 2 Min. Von uns entfernt egal zu welcher Uhrzeit bis 24Uhr abstellen. Es war eine sehr freundliche Familie und wir haben fur Notfalle auch due direkte Handynummer erhalten.Auch die Englisch Sprachkenntnisse waren sehr gut. Im grossen und ganzen due richtige Wahl.
We rented a car for a day, it's important to know that the location in Camara de Lobos is the office where no cars are available. But if you specify in the order that the car will be delivered to your location, this is not the case Problem: We had a misunderstanding or asked about the meeting point too late and so we walked the route. We were warmly welcomed by the owner's sister and the car was delivered within 10 minutes. We were then allowed to drop off the delivery directly at our port, 2 minutes away from us, no matter what time it was, until midnight. It was a very friendly family and we were also given a direct cell phone number in case of emergencies. The English language skills were also very good. Overall, the right choice.
I went there and was closed on Saturday when it was supposed to be open.
Best car rental we ever had! Super friendly, super relaxed, not charging extra for every tiny thing - and that at a very good rate! Good and easy contact, we were allover completely happy. Will 100% book a car through them again next time.
