Nao aconselho de todo, chegamos a loja por volta das 18h45, a senhora estava a acabar de atender um cliente. Veio falar connosco como se estivesse a fazer um grande favor. Perguntamos precos e carros disponiveis, tinha alguns mas ja estava a fechar por isso disse-nos, " agora so amanha", o que ate concordamos pois iamos dar uma volta por ali perto. No dia seguinte, 9h30 voltamos a mesma loja, a senhora com a mesma disposicao de frete, diz-nos que so tem carro ao meio dia, como nao tinhamos feito contrato no dia anterior, claro que nao ela ja nao queria trabalhar, como podia?? E de uma extrema falta de profissionalismo que so visto.
I don't recommend it at all, we arrived at the store at around 6:45 pm, the lady was just finishing serving a customer. He came to talk to us as if he were doing us a big favor. We asked about prices and cars available, there were some but it was already closing so he told us, "only tomorrow now", which we agreed to as we were going for a walk nearby. The next day, at 9:30 am, we returned to the same store, the lady with the same freight arrangement, told us that she only had a car at noon, as we hadn't signed a contract the day before, of course not, she no longer wanted to work, how could she ?? It is an extreme lack of professionalism that I have only seen.
Bremsen haben schon am 1. Tag komische Gerausche gemacht. Am 2. Tag musste das Auto unterwegs getauscht werden, da die bremsen wohl komplett runter waren. Argerlich und zeitaufwandig. Auto hatte 26tkm - wohl noch die 1. Belage?... und die 1. Reifen, die waren innen namlich auch komplett verschlissen. Auf Wartung wird kein Wert gelegt. Anmerkung: Eine Ubernahme mit vollem Tank ist einfach eine klar geregelte Sache, darauf wurde ich beim nachsten Mal bestehen. Aber eher bei einem anderen Vermieter oder ein neueres Auto.
Brakes started making strange noises on the first day. On the second day the car had to be changed on the way because the brakes were completely worn out. Annoying and time consuming. The car had 26,000 km - probably still the first pads?... and the first tires, which were also completely worn out inside. No emphasis is placed on maintenance. Note: A takeover with a full tank is simply a clearly regulated matter, I would insist on that next time. But more likely with a different landlord or a newer car.

Wollte eine Rent a Car station in der Nahe des Hotels und 7m war der Gewinner. Bereut habe ich es nicht. Grosse Auswahl an Fahrzeugen, zu gunstigen Preisen. Vor Ort nicht so viel. Zweirader gab es auch. Habe mich fur einen Ford Focus entschieden, mit nur 8000 Km. Unbedingt eine Vollkasko Versicherung abschliessen da fast alle Fahrzeuge einige Beschadigungen haben. Leider durch unachtsame Fahrer die keinen Wert auf fremdes Eigentum legen, was schade ist. Zahlmoglichkeiten Cash oder Kreditkarte. Kaution musste ich nicht hinterlegen, vermutlich wegen Vollkasko. Kann ich nur empfehlen, schon deswegen weil die freundlichste Mitarbeiterin auf ganz Madeira, die Maria, dort arbeitet.
Wanted a Rent a Car station near the hotel and 7m was the winner. I don't regret it. Large selection of vehicles, at affordable prices. Not so much locally. There were also two-wheelers. I decided on a Ford Focus with only 8000 km. Be sure to take out fully comprehensive insurance as almost all vehicles have some damage. Unfortunately, due to careless drivers who don't value other people's property, which is a shame. Payment options: Cash or credit card. I didn't have to pay a deposit, probably because of fully comprehensive insurance. I can only recommend it, especially because the friendliest employee in Madeira, Maria, works there.

Nachdem ich ein Upgrade wegen nicht Verfugbarkeit des gewunschten Autos bekommen habe und zudem uber drei Tage dieses Auto gemietet hatte bekam ich ein Freiticket fur eine Bootstour. Ein weiteres sollte ich fur 49EUR bezahlen weil wir ja zu zweit waren. Eine Stunde vor Abfahrt wurde die Bootstour telefonisch gecancelt. Auf die Ruckzahlung des Geldes fur das erworbene Ticket warte ich trotz Versprechen des Buros und Ubergabe aller Bankdaten nach 8 Tagen immer noch. Mehrfaches Telefonisches Anfragen sowie WhatsApp Kontakt brachten nichts. Der Autoverleiher schiebt es auf den Bootsverleiher, der schiebt es auf den Autoverleiher, die 49EUR muss ich wohl trotz personlichem Vorsprechen und tiefen personlichen Versprechen des Mitarbeiters vor Ort abschreiben! Ein Lock-Angebot und keine Kulanz! Schade, 7m nie wieder!! Nachtrag: Nach 17 Tagen und ewiger Streiterei uber WhatsApp ist das Geld auf mein Konto ruckerstattet worden!
After I got an upgrade because the car I wanted wasn't available and I also rented this car for three days, I got a free ticket for a boat tour. I had to pay another one for EUR49 because there were two of us. An hour before departure, the boat tour was canceled by telephone. Despite the office's promise and handover of all bank details, I'm still waiting for the money for the purchased ticket to be refunded after 8 days. Multiple telephone inquiries and WhatsApp contact brought nothing. The car rental company blames it on the boat rental company, they blame it on the car rental company, I probably have to write off the EUR49 despite a personal interview and deep personal promises from the employee on site! A lure offer and no goodwill! Too bad, 7m never again!! Addendum: After 17 days and endless arguments over WhatsApp, the money was refunded to my account!
Super nette und kompetente Frau. Wenn Ihr gunstig einen Mietwagen haben mochtet geht zu 7M in Canical. Maria (eine super nette Mitarbeiterin) ist vor Ort und gibt euch Tipps und Ratschlage fur den Aufenthalt. Wirklich einwandfrei!
