Na pierwsze dni wynajelismy 2 auta w jednym bylo brak mocy zeby podjechac pod wieksza gorke a w drugim koniec klockow hamulcowych. W inny dzien wypozyczylismy jedno wiedze auto i ten samochod byl rewelacyjny. Oczywiscie wynajem z ubezpieczeniem. Bez zadnej kaucji jak u konkurencji. Przy pierwszym wynajmie zostalismy wprowadzeni w blad. Zaproponowano nam duze auto 3dni/600EUR ( dwa auta 3dni/ok. 520EUR) Po trzech dniach wynajem auta duzego na jeden dzien kosztowal nas 150EUR. Wiec te 70EUR ktore moglismy zaoszczedzic moglismy wydac na paliwo. Platnosc gotowka lub karta kredytowa.

Der Service ist sehr freundlich und nett. Die Dame hat uns erklart, welche Optionen wir buchen konnen. Um auf Nummer sicher zu gehen haben wir auch die vollkasko ohne Selbstbehalt gewahlt. Das Fahrzeug war im guten Zustand. Leider hat uns die Dame nicht die Grundfunktionen des Autos erklart, so dass wir sie noch extra fragen mussten. Aber dies hat sie uns dann anstandslos gezeigt. Das Navi im Auto war erstmal auf portugiesisch, zweitens von der Bedienung her eine Herausforderung. Es ware besser, wenn man fur die Gaste Profile auf Englisch und deutsch im Navi abspeichern wurde. Denn gewisse Ziele (=Sehenswurdigkeiten) kennt das Navi einfach nicht. Ubrigens das Buro selbst macht schon einen leicht schabigen Eindruck, wenn man sich innen umsieht.

Wir haben im Internet gebucht, es war der gunstigste Preis aller in der Nahe ansassigen Unternehmen. Morgens im Laden verlief alles schnell und problemlos. Auch die Ruckgabe war problemlos. Wir bezahlten die Kaution in Cash und bekamen diese problemlos bei der Ruckgabe zuruck. Die Fahrzeuge sind relativ gut aber sicher. Wir hatten keine Probleme. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Ich kann diese Vermietungsstation nur empfehlen. Gut und gunstig.

Horrible experience! Avoid this place!!! When booking we were offered two options: limited insurance with higher deposit or full insurance (we were advised it doesn't include glass). As usual, we booked full insurance that was double price, just to avoid any unpleasantries, knowing their roads can be very tricky. Unfortunately we managed to scratch the car. When returning it, they said that as we scratched the headlight as well (very light scratch, it was mostly front side of the car), we need to pay 400 eur, as it's not included in the insurance. We refused, as we booked full insurance. They took the money off of our card without any authorization. We eventually had to call the police and they told us to involve lawyers... Next day the shop told us that it is actually 1000 eur!!! to change the light, so we should be happy they charged us less. We will have to continue to deal with this after our vacation unfortunately. Absolutely horrible experience! Avoid this place!

Terrible and unfriendly service. It couldn't be worst

Auto gehuurd met all inclusive verzekering. Maar voor de zekerheid toch even fotos gemaakt vantevoren want ze controleren de schades goed. Prima verhuur.

Everything went really uncomlicated. The staff is very friendly and we had a sufficient car for the steep roads of Madeira (rented a category c car)

Well, reasonable pricing for a preordered b-class car. Got a Renauld Captur, more than enough space for two and almost enough power for the hills on madeira. Receiving the car was quick and without any complication. Also the return was easy and without any doubts because we have made no crashes or stuff. The car has had some scratches beforehand but we dont care about design things. I had some issues with the fuel regulation but this was regulated well after complaining. All in all I would recommend this station!
