Muita dificuldade em contactar via telefone os servicos de oficina, tentei no dia 01.07.2024 entre as 09.40 e as 10.50 horas e a chamada acabava por ser desligada, tanto nos numeros 210009700/01/02. Nao e agradavel nao conseguir falar com ninguem. Eduardo Da Silva.

Um elogio a Mafalda e ao Tito pela simpatia e empatia no trato durante o processo de reparacao de um Opel na colisao, seguido de uma reparacao mecanica. Elogio tambem o cuidado no servico realizado e ainda a gestao do processo no que diz respeito ao veiculo de cortesia, bem como ao carro, o qual tambem foi do meu agrado. A limpeza de cortesia no final do servico tambem foi apreciada. Apesar de um problema mecanico que tinha identificado, para o qual pedi orcamento e cuja reparacao foi realizada com uma despesa significativa e inesperada para mim, a forma como geriram a situacao fez toda a diferenca na minha experiencia como cliente. Obrigado a equipa da Auto-Industrial de Alfragide pelo esforco e dedicacao!
A compliment to Mafalda and Tito for their friendliness and empathy in dealing with the process of repairing an Opel in a collision, followed by a mechanical repair. I also praise the care taken in the service carried out and also the management of the process with regard to the courtesy vehicle, as well as the car, which I also liked. The complimentary cleaning at the end of the service was also appreciated. Despite a mechanical problem that I had identified, for which I requested a quote and whose repair was carried out at a significant and unexpected expense to me, the way they managed the situation made all the difference in my experience as a customer. Very friendly people and helpful. Now I need to wait for a part they ordered. So fingers crossed it will be on time Edit: Part was on time :). Good service overall, its busy but the employees are helpful. One point what can be approved: availability to contact by phone. When you call nobody picks up the phone. Only 1 time, after I missed their call, I called back directly and then they answer.
Pretty disappointed by the service and consulting and the work that has been done on my car. Mechanic work I just saw today, that one tube has not been re-attached on the Air filter box. Also the breaking cables are not properly put into place after replacing both rear shock absorbers. This is not well done and not Opel standard. Consulting work Also on the phone after the analysis, I was told the AGR valve needs a replacement. I agreed since it is an important part. But they replaced the electro valve, which did work before, just made a noise. It was not important. Service I received my car after three weeks. Apparently parts could not be delivered faster. No explanation. In this three weeks I tried around 24x times to call Auto Industrial. No one picked up the phone. Very unreliable. Until this appointment I was kind of okay with the service. Significantly more expensive than competitors. But I am very disappointed and won't bring my car there anymore. I paid ~792 EUR for: - replacing both rear absorbers - replacing v-belt - changing electro valve (not AGR) One week after picking up I had to go to another Oficina because of a broken Turbo tube.
Been better,. Solved the issues with the car, and got a free wash. Not too good of a service, they just change parts, even if they are not broken, pleasant people though.
Quality service with fair prices.
Excellent! It may not be the cheapest place to take your car, but service is good and the people are very polite. You must schedule before leaving your car. I do all my car maintenances there.
