Desta vez nao tive o melhor tratamento, tive que alterar a minha agenda de trabalho, dos que trabalho comigo. porque nao me entregaram a minha viatura no dia combinado e nao pude fazer uma reuniao em Coimbra.
This time I didn't get the best treatment, I had to change my work schedule, the ones I work with. because they didn't give me my car on the agreed day and I couldn't have a meeting in Coimbra.

Infelizmente a minha critica prende-se logo no acolhimento telefonico ao tentar agendar uma marcacao para a minha viatura, que ainda na garantia apresenta "defeito de motor". Em 31.01.2024. Ao tentar efetuar a marcacao so mostram disponibilidade de receber a minha viatura em 05.03.2024. Depois percebi, quando fizeram a pergunta chave..." O sr nao comprou aqui a viatura, nem veio nunca aqui...pois so podemos mesmo em 05.03.2024." Agora pergunto....por nao ter comprado a viatura neste concessionario nem nunca ter la ido, nao sou cliente Citroen?? Belo tratamento pos venda. Comeca assim no acolhimento, perco a vontade de perceber como sera na manutencao. Depois a culpa e da crise. Passem bem.
Unfortunately, my criticism is related to the telephone reception when trying to schedule an appointment for my vehicle, which still has an "engine defect" under warranty. On 01/31/2024. When trying to make an appointment, they only show availability to receive my vehicle on 03/05/2024. Then I realized, when they asked the key question..." You didn't buy the car here, nor did you ever come here... as we can only do so on 03/05/2024." Now I ask....because I didn't buy the car from this dealership or have ever been there, I'm not a Citroen customer?? Beautiful after-sales treatment. It starts like this at reception, I lose the desire to understand what it will be like during maintenance. Then the crisis is to blame. Have a good time.
Nada dizer da oficina Citroen de Paco de Arcos, antes pleo contrario... Profssionalismo e simpatia, gente disponivel e competente!! O servico Pos-Venda Citroen e uma VERGONHA! Tenho um Citroen C5X, (50.000EUR) que esteve parado 1 mes e 2 semanas, deram-me de substituicao um carro de gama baixa, e ainda me obrigaram a entrega-lo para me darem outro de gama AINDA MAIS BAIXA. Falta de pecas e a explicacao... o carro esta na garantia, e tive de o ir buscar, e traze-lo mesmo avariado, pois o que me deram era uma versao miseravel, prefiro andar com o meu mesmo avariado!!! Ja fez 2 meses que o carro esta avariado por falta de pecas. Uma vergonha! Estou arrependido de ter comprado um citroen novo por este preco... Uma vergonha! NAO RECOMENDO MESMO A CITROEN! Nothing to say about the Citroen workshop in Paco de Arcos, quite the opposite... Professionalism and friendliness, available and competent people!! The Citroen After-Sales service is a SHAME! I have a Citroen C5X, (EUR50,000) that was parked for 1 month and 2 weeks, they gave me a low-end car as a replacement, and they even forced me to hand it over to give me an EVEN LOWER-end car. Lack of parts is the explanation... the car is under warranty, and I had to go and get it, and bring it back even though it was damaged, as the one they gave me was a miserable version, I'd rather drive with mine even though it was damaged!!! The car has been broken for 2 months due to lack of parts. A shame! I regret buying a new Citroen for this price... A shame! I DO NOT RECOMMEND CITROEN AT ALL! PS: For anyone reading this from Citrpoen, my case is number 05814925
