Foi rapido mas muita coisa implicada com caucoes e franquias o que e transversal mas esta tudo muito exagerado.
It was quick but there was a lot involved with deposits and deductibles, which is transversal but everything is very exaggerated.
Pediram uma caucao de 100EUR de combustivel, deram me um carro de substituicao em que nada me descreveram simplesmente me deram a chave e boa sorte, ficaram com a caucao a 100% mesmo depois de entregar o carro com 1/3 ou 1/4 de deposito, e ainda me cobraram mais 15EUR, sabe-se la do que.
They asked for a EUR100 fuel deposit, they gave me a replacement car in which they didn't describe anything, they simply gave me the key and good luck, they kept the 100% deposit even after handing over the car with 1/3 or 1/4 deposit, and they charged me another EUR15 for who knows what.
O Pessoal de atendimento nao esta capacitado para resolver mais do que os procedimentos basicos de rotina. Tive de pagar do meu bolso uma despesa de um produto que o carro acusou ter falta (AdBlue) , que e da responsabilidade da Turiscar, e quando apresentei as faturas, ninguem foi capaz de apresentar nem uma solucao nem uma proposta de solucao, tento todo o tempo tentado nao so nao pagar mas tentando dar a entender que isso era um problema meu. Nao e assim que se fala nem trata os clientes, especialmente numa situacao que o cliente rectificou e pagou do seu bolso uma despesa que e da responsabilidade da locadora e beneficiou o veiculo da locadora. Os funcionarios tem de ser instruidos e ensinados a tratar destes assuntos sendo mais competentes e honestos. A responsabilidade provavelmente encontra-se repartida entre a incapacidade dos funcionarios de saberem atender bem os cliente e das chefias que nao se certificam se os seus representantes tem capacidade para exercer corretamente as suas funcoes. Atender diariamente clientes exige, simpatia, conhecimento tecnico e capacidade para resolver problemas que podem surgir a qualquer momento. Pedi o Livro de reclamacoes, discuti com os funcionarios e aguardo... Nao o fiz pelo montante (cerca de 55,00 euros) , mas pela forma displicente, desinteressada e despreocupada com os funcionarios conduziram o assunto, nao demonstrando num unico momento vontade de encontrar uma solucao , para ajudar a resolver a situacao. Service personnel are not qualified to resolve more than basic routine procedures. I had to pay out of my pocket an expense for a product that the car said was missing (AdBlue), which is the responsibility of Turiscar, and when I presented the invoices, no one was able to present either a solution or a proposal for a solution, I try my best the time trying not only not to pay but trying to make it appear that this was my problem. This is not how customers are spoken to or treated, especially in a situation where the customer has rectified and paid out of pocket for an expense that is the responsibility of the rental company and benefited the rental company's vehicle. Employees must be instructed and taught how to deal with these matters by being more competent and honest. The responsibility probably lies between the inability of employees to know how to serve customers well and managers who do not ensure that their representatives have the capacity to perform their duties correctly. Serving customers on a daily basis requires friendliness, technical knowledge and the ability to resolve problems that may arise at any time. I asked for the Complaints Book, discussed it with the employees and am waiting... I didn't do it because of the amount (around 55.00 euros), but because of the careless, disinterested and unconcerned way the employees handled the matter, not showing in a single moment the desire to find a solution, to help resolve the situation. Staff atencioso e profissional. Sala de atendimento, sem condicoes, nao existe uma cadeira, para com algum conforto esperar. Esperei cerca de 2 horas, para resolucao de problema entre seguradora e alugadora. Atendimento*****.
Attentive and professional staff. Service room, unconditional, there is no chair to wait with any comfort. I waited around 2 hours for the problem to be resolved between the insurance company and the rental company. Service*****.
Pessimo atendimento. Pedi uma fatura com NIF depois do aluguer, disseram-me que me enviariam por e-mail no proprio dia. Isto foi ha 3 semanas, ate agora ainda nao recebi resposta, mesmo quando ja enviei 3x o mesmo pedido.
Terrible service. I asked for an invoice with NIF after the rental, they told me they would send it to me by email on the same day. This was 3 weeks ago, so far I still haven't received a response, even though I've already sent the same request 3 times.
