Very friendly staff who spoke excellent English. We took an hour boat ride around the bay of Cascais. We enjoyed it very much as the sea was quite flat. The kids had a great time. We reached Estoril and then turned around and headed back to the Cascais Marina. Bottom line: a pleasant boat ride with a super nice staff.
Overall, it was a great experience! The team guiding us through the jet ski session was exceptional, although I didn't catch their names as they didn't introduce themselves. They provided clear instructions and emphasized safety. They were very friendly and helpful throughout. I'd definitely give their service 5 stars! However, the reception experience didn't match the same level. The receptionist there seemed a bit indifferent and lacked a sense of customer service. One other thing, we booked the jet ski for 30 minutes, but it felt like our time was cut short, It seemed more like 15 or 20 minutes, but I can't say for sure. That aside, the experience on the water was thrilling and fun!

Echoing the exact same comments as others. Just the best place to rent bikes in Cascais. Everything went easy and the bikes are in very good condition.
Nice and easy bike rent, very polite and exhaustive explanation of the official bike route. Bicicles in very nice conditions. We have been few minutes late for the delivery and being kindly reassured with no extra fees. Recommended os just few meter before the bike trail start
We hired two electric bikes for a day from Alex. Very helpful gentleman. Excellent bikes ... Cube. Lots of different bikes available. Returned to hire again next day to travel to Sintra but took his good honest advice not to, as no cycle track on a busy road on National Holiday.
Great location, friendly service and reasonable prices. We rented two traditional (non-electric) bikes from Aquastart for our exploration of the coast up to Guincho. The price for four hours was about $10 per bike which included one bike lock with a key and two bike helmets. Helpful Hints: First, be sure to check out all of the bike gears and seat height before leaving the parking lot and ask Aquastart to adjust or replace the bike, if needed. Second, consider taking a lunch with you on your bike trip and stop along the way for a picnic. Or, take the bike ride and enjoy one of the many cafes in the marina after the ride.
We rent a bike here. They were very helpful, prices are reasonable and we've had an amazing trip to the west coast. Would definitely recommend.
