Nice to have a car hire company with people that care. We found Europcar very accommodating in both Lisbon airport and Castelo Branco cars were absolutely smashing. We have had about 9 cars but now we have our own truck we will not need europcar anymore, but we would like to say, thank you all concerned for looking after us, we will miss the laughs we had, the staff are all fantastic. Pricewise okay they might be cheaper but we did not go to or look at price lists, we just went for the colour as we love Green hahahaha happy daze lol Again, cheers Eurpcar you have served us well The girls from Scotland Now residing at and building aldeia de ferias do Cidral and when we open you all have invites

Uncomplicated, friendly, fast, everything is great. Picked up the car shortly before closing time, a small panda, but it was in good condition and got us safely through the north of Portugal.

The rental was practical, quick and the vehicle was excellent. The service was also quick, during pick-up and return. The only point that was not good was keeping the deposit amount held on the credit card for almost 7 business days, even though the vehicle had been returned and the toll amounts had been calculated. In my case, it got in the way of a new rental, as I had to wait for the deposit to be refunded.

O unico ponto que nao foi bom e manter o valor da caucao retido no cartao de credito por quase 7 dias uteis, mesmo tendo devolvido o veiculo e tendo sido apurados os valore de pedagio. No meu caso, atrapalhou um novo aluguel, pois precisava aguardar o estorno da caucao.

I rented a vehicle for a week it cost me 600 there was a alignment problem the steering wheel was on the left while the tires were straight, I had another problem a flat tire because it was given to me renting with the tires not inflated I was with a child in the countryside, every 10km the tire light went off. Once the car was dropped off at the agency, the lady told me that she could not make any commercial gesture to me. I dont find it normal to rent a car with so many problems, I leave with 600 in the c**. DO NOT RENT YOUR CARS FROM THIS AGENCY!!!!!

Very bad, I made a rental request on Friday for Tuesday morning for a van that I absolutely need for my move, so collection at 9:30 a.m. on 07/02/24 and return on 07/04/24. I the employee arrives on site already late and to tell me that there is no van available.... I am very embarrassed and she is not looking for a solution...frankly disappointed and above all hopes that the reimbursement will be made very quickly.
