These guys gave me a quote for renting a car for a week, I almost fainted when they told me the price, I walked up the road and rented a car (same size) with Europcar..... Very happy I did so.... Almost half the price in difference.... So folks: shop around

Terrible service and experience, they took the rental money and then had an issue with THEIR system which meant they were unable to take the deposit. They refused to rent out the vehicle we had reserved or refund the money we had already paid them to rent the vehicle. Basically just stealing the money with no car rental. Please think twice before using them to rent a car.

Service was great at this branch but I was disappointed with the website and online booking, this could definitely do with an update. Make it possible to amend a booking rather than having to cancel the entire booking and then redo especially when booking a van. But the service made up for it!

Spectacular service. We asked to rent a van and were told that we had to have a debit card because of the deposit ( 500.00), which we didnt have but we wanted to pay in cash and they said it wasnt possible. I cant understand, are we required to have a debit card? Why dont they accept cash? For me, Guerin doesnt even think about it. The firm works like this but customers who dont have a debit card are immediately excluded, which I think is bad. But the companys rules are like this and theres nothing we can do. We went to another company to rent and they accepted cash. . Thanks

Pedimos para alugar uma carrinha e foi nos dito que tinhamos de ter cartao de debito por causa da caucao (500,00 ), o qual nao tinhamos mas quisemos pagar em dinheiro e disseram que nao era possivel. Nao consigo entender somos obrigados a ter cartao de debito ? Porque nao aceitam dinheiro ? Para mim Guerin nem pensar. Terrible service, the service at the place is even worse, even a coffee machine will serve you better than this establishment. I went to the competition very close to it, and I had the appropriate service and rental of the desired vehicle, I dont know if Guerin is bureaucratic or they just arent there to do the minimum amount of their work... even though Ive already taken a look Given the immense amount of criticism this site has, I found proof that it could have improved, but unfortunately it still lacks the minimum.

Bad service. Phone rings and goes unanswered. They refused to rent a car on the grounds that I owed the company a debt, which supposedly dates back to 2016 according to the companys records. I was never contacted to settle any type of debt and yet at the time they were left with the fuel deposit. Even if the debt existed, it expired within a maximum period of 5 years. These gentlemen do not know the law and a public complaint will be made on several platforms!
