I totally recommend this company. We have reserved a car upon our arrival in Crete via email. Their responses were prompt and detailed. We were greeted by one of the employees at the airport and walked to the pick up point. The lady provided us with useful tips and told us about places worth visiting. After a few minutes of paper work we were set to go. The return was super smooth and fast also.

We rented the car for a whole week to visit the entire Crete. Picking up the car was seamless since it was brought to our hotel directly( I know,right?! awesome service!!!), and dropping the car was the same. The staff was extremely kind, helpful and welcoming. Out of 6 others companies I checked, they had the best price offering. We rented a small Toyota Yaris which was in perfect working condition and almost new. Upon our return to Crete we will definitely contact you again. Thank you for your kind services!

If I had any questions, I also received answers very quickly in writing. I will definitely rent a vehicle from Pan Car again next time I am in Chania. :)

I recommend using Pan Car when visiting Crete. During a 10-day trip, we rented an Opel Corsa. The rental conditions were clear and transparent, no deposit was retained and settlement was hassle-free. I recommend!

They were very kind, informative and cheap. We took the smallest, cheapest car to go to the gorge of Samaria and only paid 40 euro, in comparison that is 1/3 cheaper than the others that we checked out. They were very flexible with the time we could take the car back, They even offered us a ride home

Would definitely recommend Pan Car. We were greeted inside Chania airport and walked a very short distance to where the car was. Easy pick up, no selling of add ons, and a very nice clean VW Polo. Lovely staff. Easy drop off with no hassle, no issues. Will use again.
