My overall experience with Avis was amazing. The booking process was smooth , and the pick-up was quick. The location was convenient , which made it easy to find. The customer service was excellent. The staff was friendly & helpful , and they answered all my questions. The car I rented was new & clean/well-maintained , and it met my expectations. The interior was spotless , and everything functioned perfectly. I was satisfied with the fuel efficiency & comfort and features of the car. The rental price was reasonable, and I believe it was good value for the money. I did appreciate any hidden fees or unexpected charges. Overall, I would highly recommend Avis car Rental to others. My experience was great, and I would consider use their services again in the future.

The girl at the desk was very nice and attentive. He speaks perfect English, he is very professional. He accompanied me to the car and showed me everything, we looked and filmed together the small damages already present.

Terrible service. Very time consuming. The employee didnt know where the car was parked and we went around looking for it. Since he couldnt find it, a call was made while he was driving. There was no analysis of the damage to the car at the time of delivery nor was there any explanation of the vehicle.

After 5 days they never confirmed the reservation (supposedly they did it within 72 hours). I had to call customer service to find out that my reservation had not been accepted. But I still have the money blocked in the account.
