It is not an unlimited rentcar service. You need to check first how much trip you need. I have never seen like this limited rent car service. Probably this company only. It is cheap but finally they took more money from you.

Rental car received with a lot of small damage, unfriendly staff, the previously agreed EUR850 self-service turned into EUR1,200 on site and the tank was only 1/2 full

Otvratitel'no. Dvazhdy pytalsia vziat' mashinu, kazhdyi raz poluchal otkaz po tem ili inym prichinam. Poslednii raz spisali den'gi s karty za onlain-bron', ne vydali mashinu i den'gi ne vernulis' v techenie 5 bankovskikh dnei. Ochen' plokho Ochen' nedovolen servisom i povedeniem sotrudnikov
Disgusting. I tried to rent a car twice, each time I was refused for one reason or another. The last time they debited money from the card for an online reservation, they did not give out the car and the money was not returned within 5 banking days. Very bad Very dissatisfied with the service and behavior of the employees

Aluguei uma viatura, e fiz a devolucao no dia 03/07, 2 semanas depois o caucao ainda nao foi estornado e a fatura nao foi corrigida conforme prometido no ato da entrega. Isso sem falar na espera de 40 minutos para ser atendido pois so estava um funcionario em servico.
I rented a car, and returned it on 07/03, 2 weeks later the deposit has not yet been refunded and the invoice has not been corrected as promised upon delivery. Not to mention the 40-minute wait to be served as there was only one employee on duty.
I had a great experience. The price was best in Coimbra. Everything went smoothly. Rute Rosario documented any marks on the car. She was professional and friendly when dispatching and recieving the car. It was a nice VW. Be sure to take the toll access option, otherwise without an NIF # you must pay in a ctt post office w/in 5 days of going on a toll road or pay very steep fines. All went well! :)
