Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Coimbra

Wir haben uber Check 24 aus Deutschland gebucht. Mit einer deutschen Kreditkarte ohne Probleme funktioniert. Bei Abgabe des Autos wurde die Kaution fur das Auto direkt wieder zuruckgegeben. Super schnell und super einfach und freundlich. Die Damen haben auch super englisch gesprochen. Nachstes mal gerne wieder

Nous avons reserve par internet avec notre Matercard francaise chez Entreprise rental car. On a recu un email de confirmation positif. Et le lendemain matin a l'agence, ils n'ont jamais voulu nous donner la voiture sous pretexte que notre carte n'etait pas une carte de credit. Il n'etait indique nulle part dans l'email de confirmation, ni dans le processus de reservation, qu'il fallait imperativement une carte de credit pour louer la voiture. Pour avoir l'information il fallait cliquer, dans l'email, sur un lien vers les conditions generales de vente. Resultat: on s'est retrouve le matin sans voiture. Il semble qu'il n'y ait que Lena rental car et une autre compagnie sur Coimbra, qui accepte de louer avec une carte de debit. Nous avons du nous y rendre et louer en derniere minute (moins de choix de vehicules). Et nous avons perdu notre matinee. C'est affligeant. Ils n'ont qu'a mettre un avertissement lors de la reservation en ligne ou l'ecrire en gros et gras tout debut de l'email de confirmation. Ca serait plus honnete.

Wir hatten 1 Woche einen neuen Golf und bei uns war alles ok. Sehr freundliches Personal mit sehr gutem Englisch. Wir hatten keine Probleme beim Abholen und beim zuruckbringen. Wir buchten vor Ort spontan und das funktioniert einwandfrei und konnten uns das Auto sogar aussuchen. Alles im allem gibt es nichts zu beschweren.

Never pay the online reservation in advance to this company, it's really hard to actually get the car. They'll let you pay with debit card without any trouble and they will not say anything about the need of credit card anywhere. They send you an email, which is like kilometer long text and in the last part with smallest letters they write that you need TWO VALID CREDIT CARDS. So we went there, we didn't have any credit card, because we didn't know, we have payed in advance they saw everything in computer but didn't give us the car, a lady said ,,You have to read the small letters, they are important" with not nice attitude at all. They said they're not actually Enterprise and they cannot do anything. We tried to reach Enterprise trough phone number from the long email - the lady said ,,We are not Enterprise, call the number in the email" (we were calling that number so she said ,,okay, than it's wrong") and we sent email but no one answered. If you want to use this rental company, do that only in person.
