First class service from the guys in Coimbra
It was my first time renting a car and it couldn't have been with a better company! The employees were really kind and helpful, giving us all the details (especially for me, as it was my first time)! Really happy with the entire experience

We have lost a flight and went under a lot of stress because the credit card on my husband online account was mine. Even though at the pickup we were both present with the card in hands, also the reservation was on his name and all his data, still they did not accept the credit card being on my name and did not give us the opportunity to change the payment method. The office staff was rude and treated us very badly, with zero empathy. Even though we already had the reservation paid. Their only solution was to charge us almost double for a "new" reservation where we got the exact same thing. The website is not transparent at all about their conditions, which alone doesn't make any sense. In short: abusive conditions to costumers, disastrous treatment and it is obvious that they seek to scam customers.

Great cars at a bargain prices. I have rented multiple cars of Guerin the past few months and all of them were almost new (<10.000 kms). The staff is really friendly and helpful. The economy class can feel a bit underpowered (VW polo, Seat Ibiza, Renault Clio, Citroen C3), so if you like a bit more power I recommend the intermediate class (1-series). One of the better car rental experiences i've ever had.
