A nao repetir, deixei por esquecimento umas chaves na devolucao do carro, contactei imediatamente no dia seguinte e nao vi qualquer interesse em tentar ajudar muito pelo contrario. (Nao apareceram) sei que e da minha responsabilidade nao deixar objectos no interior (nem posso provar la ter ficado) no entanto trata-se de simpatia, bom senso, profissionalismo, humildade etc... Nao recomendo
Not to mention, I forgot to leave some keys when returning the car, I contacted them immediately the next day and I didn't see any interest in trying to help, quite the opposite. (They didn't show up) I know it's my responsibility not to leave objects inside (I can't even prove they stayed there) however it's about friendliness, common sense, professionalism, humility etc... I don't recommend

Mudaram as instalacoes e nao atualizam aqui. Tolerancia de entrega de 0 minutos mesmo tendo o carro ja reservado.

Completamente desiludida com a Turiscar Coimbra, Carro sem tapetes, sujo de outros clientes, o deposito da gasolina nao estava cheio como diziam, tive de os alertar antes de sair de la com o carro e sem agua no para-brisas. Depois de reclamar aos funcionarios nem resposta plausivel me deram, notou-se mesmo que me entregaram a viatura sem qualquer verificacao do estado da mesma.
Completely disappointed with Turiscar Coimbra, car without carpets, dirty from other customers, the gas tank was not full as they said, I had to warn them before leaving with the car and without water on the windshield. After complaining to the employees, they didn't even give me a plausible answer, it was even noted that they handed me the vehicle without any verification of its condition.
Pessimo servico e atendimento. As instalacoes de Coimbra mudaram mas ainda aparece a anterior localizacao. Tinha direito a carro de substituicao (pela Seguradora) e nao recebi qualquer contacto. O atendimento telefonico (pela sede) foi rude e nada prestavel.
Terrible service and service. The Coimbra facilities have changed but the previous location still appears. I was entitled to a replacement car (by the Insurance Company) and I did not receive any contact. The telephone service (by the headquarters) was rude and not at all helpful.
Tive uma otima experiencia com este estabelecimento. Fui bem atendido e consegui tudo que eu precisava os carros estavam limpos bem conservados e havia algumas opcoes de modelos. Cumpriram tudo conforme o combinado.
I had a great experience with this establishment. I was well looked after and got everything I needed, the cars were clean and well maintained and there were some model options. They did everything as agreed.
They were considerate and provided me a larger vehicle than supported by my insurance company
