Tivemos problemas no inicio, apesar dos mal entendidos no pos venda, depois de tentativas de resolver a situacao, a autoUsados Corroios foi excepcional em resolver e nos ajudar a resolver a situacao. Em especial o Sr. Gabriel Frade, foi muito pro ativo em resolver tudo. Nao se equivaram em reconhecer o ocorrido e foram rapidos a oferecer uma solucao. Assim dito, atualizacao dessa comentario se deve ao fato da mudanca da nossa perspectiva em relacao a assistencia cliente, que apesar de certa insistencia da parte nossa, resolveu a situacao.

Este grande grupo, deveria rever a forma como entregam viaturas ao cliente final, e a maneira como os abordam tambem. Fiz 400km para ir levantar uma viatura, negocio esse que estava fechado ha cerca de 1 mes. Na altura o veiculo tinha 3 ou 4 afazeres antes da entrega, sendo que uma delas, chegou a hora da entrega e nem sequer foi verificada, limpeza exterior nem ve-la, o cofre do motor fazia impressao de tao sujo que estava, assim como as caves de roda e zona inferior do carro, tudo com lama. Posto isto, o Senhor Gabriel Frade, fez completamente o oposto do que um vendedor profissional deve fazer, que e ouvir o cliente e tentar aliviar a situacao e resolver. A ma educacao reinou, e so faltou insultar-me, pois tudo o que eu apontava relativo ao carro, ele levava como uma critica e respondeu sempre com 7 pedras na mao. Entretanto, o suposto responsavel pelo Senhor Gabriel Frade interveio na conversa, com uma expressao muito pouco profissional, novamente, "nos aqui nao lavamos motores", ou seja, mais valia ter-se mantido no silencio. Portanto, se aconselho a empresa? A oferta nao e ma e praticam bons precos, ja a equipa que apresentam para os vender, e terrivelmente pouco profissional e nao tem minima atencao ao cliente. Em 30 carros que ja negociei, nunca assisti a tal atendimento mediocre.

However, the person supposedly responsible for Mr. Gabriel Frade intervened in the conversation, with a very unprofessional expression, again, "we don't wash engines here", in other words, it was better to have remained silent. So, should I advise the company? The offer isn't bad and they offer good prices, but the team they have to sell them is terribly unprofessional and doesn't pay any attention to the customer. In the 30 cars I've traded in, I've never seen such mediocre service.
