I can only say the best about the fantastic team at this Corroios store. I had a rental car for a month, and whenever I needed any help from them they were exceptional! no one picks up the phone. I know we are in Covid times, but the lack of professionalism of Avis over all, surpasses anything that I have seen as far as car rental companies are concerned. Never again !!!!
Que o atendimento ao balcao seja de 5 estrelas, nao ponho em questao, mas nao pelo telefone porque nos dias 13 e 14 fiz varias tentativas dentro do horario e nao houve qualquer atendimento, sera que o atendimento e so ao balcao. O seu a seu dono, apos o comentario, voltei a ligar e fui atendido e muito bem, a razao do nao atendimento e devido ao facto de o telefone estar ocupado e nao dar sinal de impedido o que leva a crer nao atenderem. Seria tao simples com um atendedor de chamadas .

O que e que a Avis, uma companhia multinacional, faz em Santa Marta do Pinhal, em Corroios, nao sei. Mas que faz bem, isso sei, porque sempre que precisei de uma viatura de aluguer pude contar com a maior disponibilidade, viaturas impecaveis, simpatia de atendimento e preco a condizer. 5 estrelas!
