Meninas muito prestaveis e atenciosas. Atendimento excelente. Apos terem atendido dois clientes muito complicados e conflituosos,mantiveram o profissionalismo. Atualmente os clientes nao tem civismo, infelizmente a pandemia nao serviu para apaziguar a falta de indelicadeza. Parabens a estas duas meninas.
Very helpful and attentive girls. Excellent service. After having served two very complicated and conflicting clients, they maintained their professionalism. Currently, customers are not civil, unfortunately the pandemic did not help to alleviate the lack of rudeness. Congratulations to these two girls.

The car was what we rented, and it was in good state (minor scratches). However, there are several issues with service: 1-lunch time of 2hr for 2 staff members (leaving the office empty) whilst the Europcar office next-door as an alternate lunch time allowing one staff to be out while the other is serving clients during this busy hour; 2-No drop-off boxes for keys if you have to drop-off the car on weekends, as they are closed on weekends. That means you have to wait until Mondays or Fridays to drop your car, which is a problem if you have to end your trip on a Sunday. There should be a dropping-off carpark allowing only their cars to enter and a dropping key box. You can take pictures of the car before dropping it so that everyone is aware of the state of the car when leaving the parking; 3-At dropping time (rushing to ensure we drop-off the car before their 2hr lunch time) one of the employee, a woman, wanted us to do her job. She couldn't look at the car parked right in front of their office, 'no, no, no, no!' we were told. Instead, we were instructed to park the car in the carpark behind their building when the paperwork indicates black on white that the car should be dropped at the office. The carpark behind their office is public parking. It is not my job to do this, she even sent her colleague doing the job verifying the car, while going on lunch break. I mean the organisation needs to be much more client-friendly, we are not working for you. My advice is to go the Europcar next door, the service looks better, they are open on lunchtime. Next time we'll go to Europcar without a doubt.
Both employees are rude and arrogant. I am just renting here because I know Avis for a long time and I always rented a car with this company. But this 2 employees should really get a mother job and not one with customer support.
Sometimes they have awesone deals. I recently paid $320 for an Astra for 27 days, with everything - automatic toll device, fully insured, could go to Spain, while others charged me $60 a day.
