Great value car rental comparison site, been using them for years and never let me down. Easy to navigate and easy to understand compared to some others. Their support team is also helpful and responsive when you have any queries.

Quick pick up, drop off, option to include all insurance, great deal and great communication/instructions. App is also user friendly. Was actually the best deal I could find for an automatic car in Europe. Would definitely book again.

Booked a one way rental in the US from Phoenix to Las Vegas with Zest. Pricing was very clear and good value. No stress around reduced/additional excesses etc. Vehicle (Nissan Altima) provided by Alamo. No issues at pick up or drop off. We were treated exactly the same as customers who had booked direct. Will definitely use Zest again in future.

It is frustrating to have to write this, all the more so since Zest could have earned a 5 star rating if not for failing to return my deposit. After an easy booking process with Zest/Masterkings in Lisbon, I duly returned the vehicle without issue. Days turned into weeks and my deposit had not been returned. It has now been over a month and a half. While acknowledging the error and claiming to be in discussion with Masterkings about the deposit, Zest refuses to tell me why there has been such a major delay on conducting a simple transaction, let alone any timeline. As such, I recommend avoiding Zest given that they do not live up to their contractual obligations.

Zest were brilliant. UK-based office so queries were easy and accurately answered. The deals they provide are good value for money and give the smaller rental companies a chance. They explain the additional insurance available clearly and also have reasonably competitive cover - much better to have it up front than be confronted by the renter pushing it when you're tired and more easily led when picking up the car.

929 good reviews I don't believe it the must be scamming google with Fake reviews . we booked a car for pick up at Barcelona Airport thinking it was ZEST and they farmed us out to Click car rental who took 1and half hours to pick us up before we ended up paying for a taxi to take us to Click which is based in an underground Hotel Car park miles away .Click gave us a FIAT Panda not what we ordered ,we ordered a Toyota 4 door I should have walked out then but these people are relying on travellers just wanting to get to their destination. On return they said we had a scratch to the front spoiler an area we didn't video this scratch was 10 mm and surface but no amount of discussion would persuade them that the scratch was evident in our video they charged us 900 Euros of our card even though we had taken out insurance ZEST are a bunch of SHARKS

We had a great experience when using Zest for car hire in Portugal from Faro Airport. Their search enabled us to find a good deal that suited us from lots of different providers. We booked about a week before we departed the UK to take the trip. The car was fantastic and the service superb. We couldn't have wished for more. Will definitely use again.

A better rate for the car hire was secured using Zest that going direct with Centauro. The car had a much better specification than anticipated. Pick up and drop off from Murcia airport was seamless. Overall a very easy pleasant experience. I can't recommend Zest highly enough. Hence 5 stars.
