We had a perfect experience renting a car through Diogo. We arrived at our hotel outside of Ericeira and realized it was more remote than we had anticipated. We reached out to Go Rent a Car and Diogo got back to us immediately and worked with us to drop off an automatic car at the hotel that same day. He also picked it up directly from the hotel at the end of the stay. Would highly recommend!

Easy and fast service. Flexible if you want to extend your agreement. No need to pay deposit, in exchange for a higher daily fee. Compared to most other car rentals this is a good deal. The car was handed over to us clean, and had no malfunctions. Additionally (we) had a great experience with the gentleman we signed the papers with, which even offered to pick us up instead of us making our way to him. I want to highlight "we had a great experience". Reading the other reviews i need to say this. So make sure to take every picture you can, and check that any minor scratch is documented on your copy of agreement before leaving with the car.

Diogo is a great guy! Last week i just called him and asked if he has some car today, and in couple hours he sorted me out! Price was fair and the Opel was a great small car for some 2,5 day trip! Would highly recommend! But maybe in advance, cause looks like it's pretty hard to get a car in high season ;)

dont trust this company, they overcharge (overcharged us one day, never reacted to any calls or emails, got it back from by bank). the car hirer is friendly at first, but when you for example take fotos of the car (so no damage is falsely put on your bill), he actually gets aggressive, I (as a woman) felt really uncomfortable.

Uncomplicated, fair and friendly. The handover location was in the center of Ericeira and everything went quickly and easily. The car had a few dents, which were noted when we picked it up, but was otherwise in good condition. Definitely recommendable.

At first, reading some of the bad reviews here I was a bit worried about this company but I can honestly say that is a solid car hire company. We ve checked the car together beforehand, wrote down all scratches etc. The car was a really new Mitsubishi automatic car. Nothing to complain about! Important to note that we got the car absolutely last minute (called at 9:30 am and had the car by 10:15 am). Diogo even delivered and picked up the car at our apartment. If I would be able to give 10 stars, I would give 10 stars!!! An amazing and honest company and manager! Next time again! Thank you!
