This Rental shop seemed legitimate when we rented the car, although it took an extremely long time to finish the paperwork because the agent explained everything over and over. I was like "I get it", I have rented a car before. When we return the car they found some "damage" which was a little scrape on the bumper. What followed was essentially 45 minutes of them extorting 75 Euros from us to fix the damage. Then we had to pay another 20 to cover the cost of washing the car. We got scammed and I warn other who may want to use this company because the the rental cost seem very inexpensive at first, but they "get you " in the end. Stay Away from F. A.S. In Espinho.
A fuir ! Voiture reservee en toute confiance mais sans de veritable contrat en amont, certes.... Quand nous sommes arrives le jour j, la voiture reservee a ete prolongee ! Et bien evidemment ce qui est propose a la place est bien plus cher ! De l'arnaque, du vol, appelez cela comme vous voulez ! Passez votre chemin et choisissez plutot une location de voiture a l'aeroport :)
To flee ! Car reserved with complete confidence but without a real contract in advance, of course.... When we arrived on the day, the reserved car was extended! And of course what is offered instead is much more expensive! Scam, theft, call it what you want! Move on and choose a car rental at the airport instead :)
Reservation faite pour un jour le 2 avril 2022 Tout c'est bien passe. Bon accueil et la personne parle un peu anglais. Le vehicule etait propre. Contrat en bon et du forme. Nous recommandons sans soucis ce loueur
